Outstanding service response. I was able to book a change to snow tires for the time/day I wanted and at a very competitive price. The website for service appointments is very good and easy to interact with. As part of the tire change, I appreciated the overall check of the car and the service report with pictures, particularly since it was my son’s car and not my own and I was able to book a brake service for the following day. The front desk staff were great and Alfonso gave me a good explanation of the service report. Great to see Midas’ return to Bradford and would highly recommend the team at this location.

Happy to report I received outstanding service at Midas’s Bradford location. The woman at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was friendly. She put me at ease as with me being a new car owner, I find auto servicing appointments a bit intimidating and anxiety inducing. I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about here. The technicians were extremely efficient and my snow tire swap and oil change were done within 1 hr 25 min. When I arrived for pick up, the technician, Alfonso, walked me through the oil change process and explained that my car takes synthetic (I am a total newbie so I didn’t know what oil type they should use during the change so the receptionist was so accommodating she said the techs could test it and determine if it was synthetic or real). It was an extremely pleasant experience and I appreciated not being talked down to for not having really any knowledge about cars. Thank you, Midas Bradford, for being so kind and for taking such care with my vehicle. I will definitely be using this location as my go-to for future car appointments!

Alfonso and his team did a fantastic job.Even though it’s the busy season for tire changes he managed to get me in quickly the same day. Prices were very competitive and overall would recommend them to others

Had a very positive experience at Midas, car went in as scheduled and the oil change completed quickly and efficiently. A supplementary check of the basic car condition was also performed and made available to me, there was one recommendation made which was quoted but there was absolutely no hard sell. The service area looked clean and professional, the waiting area was also clean and neatly appointed. I will definitely return!Service: Oil change

I got my oil changed on Nov 10th at Midas. However, since that time, my fuel economy is higher than what I was previously getting. I have had car for past 2 years and have had oil changed every 3 months at Canadian Tire and never had any issue. My car always had an average of 6.0L/100km, and after the oil change at Midas it’s 7.1L/100km. I am not sure of what oil they use but it increased fuel consumption.

Had the absolute pleasure with dealing with Alfonso. I run a used car dealership from out of town and one of my customers ran into an issue. He got them in the same day & began diagnosing the issue. He dealt with me directly over the phone for updates and payments and was upfront and honest about everything. As someone who works with tons of different mechanics and dealerships I would highly suggest him and his team. The team here are very knowledgeable and curious. Very quick bookings and prompt service. It’s nice to see pictures of issues and the things they’ve checked on your vehicle after an oil change. They even brought me into the shop to show the issues on my vehicle. They are definitely breaking the stigma of shops lying to make a quick dollar.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Nick the manager is an awesome guy and worked with me on my request for service. He took the time to heat me out and offered his professional opinion was news. Throughout the service he kept me in the loop and advised me on what needed work and what could wait. The level of customer service was off the charts. Other mechanic shops you could take a page out of Midas playback. Keep up the great work Midas team. Your team will receive all of my automotive work moving forward.

Called for an appointment thar day and they were able to get me in right away. The brakes were grinding. Said it would likely take two hours but had it finished within the hour. Was most impressed with their friendliness and efficiency. I'll go back again.Service: Auto brake repair
