Shelves seem a bit bare. There's usually a line up at checkout. The produce is less then mediocre. Better grocery stores to get produce from. Usually have an issue finding the dog food i need. Lately they seem to have it here pretty much everytime I come. Slowly getting better. Still not my fav No Frills!

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!On March 14th 2024, I stopped at Reali's No Frills in Bradford to pick up something to cook next day. I noticed chicked thighs on sale at 30% off. With Best before Date March 16th 3024(Reduced for final sale does not say "this is expired chicked and buy at your own risk!(9pcs)Drove home 15 minutes, put it in the freezer to cook the following morning. Today, I took it out thawed and to my surprise the chicken smells rotten and it has disgusting slime!Concerned I called right away (no direct number btw. Spoke with a "Kevin") in the hopes they will advice the store to remove it from sale. To my greatest surprise, the representative told me "I'm sorry you had this negative experience and your complaint will be noted. Is there anything else I can assist you with? When I asked if I can get a refund he went onto say " Final sales are final sales and are not reimbursed"Basically, what I got from that was "you bought old expired rotten chicken at a lower price, eat at your own risk, get your family sick at a lower price". Literally, NO FRILLS ABOUT THAT!!!That is the worst customer service by a major grocer in Canada!!People please beware of meats that are on sale at No Frill. You will risk your family's health and waste your money. Now I'm wondering how old their frozen meats are. Never ever again will I buy meats here.

I'm just curious why I'm always seeing 30% off and 50% off why don't they just do the 30 and 50% off right from the beginning but other than that it's a good store

No Frills has a major problem. They have become the pawns in Loblaws ongoing deception and scamming of the Canadian grocery customerRidiculous high low pricing, they have lost ALL my non flyer purchases , my weekly $ spend is down 1/3 in the last 6 weeks.Vast reduction of brand name product and width of selection, now everything is NO NAME CRAP as they try to convince us that prices are down. And yThe LIED about keeping the NN prices down last year when the government called them on the carpet., almost as soon as they announced it prices started to go up. As a former retail buyer i can tell you that those HUGE profits Loblaws has taken over the last 2 years is certainly GOUGING at it's worst, taking advantage of mfg. price increases to add margin % and $ to the bottom line. They can fool the idiots in Ottawa but you can't fool the customers. Or a former buyer who was paid to do exactly that every year. They have raised ALL their everyday regular prices far above Walmart and Food Basics to offer bigger discounts on ad. So they get none of that business any more.So now I load up on the flyer items, almost NEVER buy ANYTHING at reg price. That is a fools game for grocery retailers, esp. the ones considered to be DISCOUNT grocers like NF, WMT, Freshco and Food Basics.I am disgusted at how ALL the major chains in Canada, Loblaws, Empire, Sobeys, etc are ripping us off everyday. Trudeau needs to re-open the inquiry and FORCE the major chains to open their books and show their Margins and gross profit $ and EVERY item for 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023.MAKE NO MISTAKE_They are ripping us off,. everyone of them and it has to stop now.

Every single time I go in there to get what's on sale they never have it or sold out!! They should limit quantities so everyone gets a chance to get food. Example I went in today to get Jane's chicken burgers they had none only strips and nuggets.... I asked for a rain check on burgers lady said they weren't in their in store flyer only strips were!!! So even though burgers nuggets and strips were in flyers that were mailed out you can only get rain check on strips talk about false advertisement I won't shop at this store anymore!!!
