I received a fake marketing call that prompted me to visit the store. I finally agreed to upgrade my iPhone X. Omer made the decision very easy. He was able to compare our previous monthly billing to a revised amount with ease. He took the time to write down the actual amounts. Omer was awesome to deal with. We have never had any issues with this particular store and prefer to deal with Rogers face to face. Been a loyal customer for over 30 years.

I visited the Bradford Location on Holland St., and dealt with Tristan Miller to do a hardware upgrade and adjust my plan. He was AMAZING. Super helpful, patient and attentive. I considered leaving Rogers because of the Customer Service issues I have had in the past but his service was top tier and enticed me to stay with Rogers. He got me the best plan, with the most amazing perks and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this location to work with Tristan. Thank you Tristan!

Very great experience at the store dealing with an eSIM conversion from my physical sim. Had some issues doing it online, went in store and dealt with Daniel. He was very accommodating and overall made the switch very easy. Great service overall!

Terrible and incompetent manager that makes false promises to upsell. Absence of customer service, absence of knowledge or common sense. Rogers- you have outdone yourself! You’ve been terrible for over a decade, but today you’ve proven that there’s worse than worst. Employees that represent the company do it well! A company is a joke, and so are the employees (same experience over the phone). I’d consider changing company’s mission statement.

Beware getting Rogers internet, their employees will lie and tells you there is no contract and all their packages are month to month.

I have never had such fabulous service anywhere than I had at rogers, Omer was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, courteous, kind,just amazing service they are lucky to have him. David is also a great asset to the company, he was also extremely helpful, we also cannot forget the manager Daniel who is the best manager to deal with.
