Incredibly rude franchisee who was having an inappropriate conversation over the phone while there were customers in line. He then proceeded to have a derogatory attitude towards a young female who was requesting support. Instead of taking the time to address the customer’s concern he was quick to jump to conclusions and provide sarcastic comments. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Worst service I have seen recently. Took a photograph of my baby for Canadian passport, background was not white and towel was seen in the background so was rejected by service Canada. Returned to the store for a good picture with only white background, which the store guy took and printed, however this time with mouth open. I was disappointed and asked the store guy to take another picture as per the spec. He rejected saying that they will accept it as the child is below 6 months, which I was not comfortable and don’t want to waste another half a day again going to Service Canada and get rejected. He decided to refund me with out any proper explanation.I was charged $24 dollars initially for the photograph, he said that I got a big discount, as this should have been charged $34, as if he did me huge favor. He wasted my half a day with all trips to store and Service Canada. I am ok with charging me $34 instead of all this hassle with rejections.Going forward, I will avoid any services with this store, especially photograph services.This store guy should properly get trained and learn on how to deal with customers and also train his staff properly.

Not transparent with passport photos, not posted anywhere in store...online page says $14.99 so went to get them done, but ended up being charged $29.99...should get them done at Walmart

Unfortunately I have never encountered in such horrible customer service. I came three weeks ago to take a picture for a childs passport. The girl that works at the store took a picture and I suspected it didn’t look good and asked her if it’s not too bright she insisted it’s gonna be fine I have paid for international passport and Canadian passport twice the usual price on market only to come to service Canada and the other embassy and get refused because of the pictures. Once I returned to the store with the pictures to request a refund, she wasn’t allowed to process the refund according to her training, and i had to wait for the manager to call me back. It’s been a few days the manager to contact me. Which hasn’t happened yet, not to mention, that I would be have to come back to get my refund such an inconvenience!!! I wish they improve their customer service. Otherwise they’re not gonna have customers.

We hurried after work on Wednesday, July 13, but in vain. At 6.15 it was already closed, although according to the schedule, the working day is until 6.30. very disappointing!

Very good and prompt service with a helpful staff. I needed some large format printing done and they were able to give me a lot of options and produce results quickly. They seem to have a lot more printing options than other stores for large posters. Very good place to go to if you need something like this made up.

The store is lucky to get one star however when I did go into the store with a parcel they were helpful. After waiting a few days I tracked my parcel and saw it hadn't scanned when it left the store (if it left the store). I went into the store asking for assistance and he automatically threw up his hands and said he wasn't responsible for the package. OK so did they not become responsible once they took the parcel for delivery? His explanation was they just pile the parcels up for delivery and the UPS driver loads and scans. Totally refused to help me , i.e. check the store to see if the parcel had been missed somewhere! I would agree with the other review commenting that they were very rude. Highly recommend Canada Post Parcel in Shoppers Drug they double check friendly etc.... I'm out $200 live and learn I guess.

We were here to return a Costco online order as per Costco Instruction. We received return label from UPS and they asked us to return package at the nearest UPS Store. I have attached details present on the return label. The guy working at this location has no customer-service sense. My kids were holding a heavy weight parcel at the entrance door, while he comes and checks the weight on the box to “accept” it. I don’t understand what “accept” means. We followed instructions mentioned on the return label which told us to find the nearest UPS store on the global locator. This store comes under the locator list when you put in Bradford. When we started to enter the store, he said that he was doing a favour to us by accepting it. What kind of joke is that. That’s when we walked out of the door. I hope that UPS and the UPS store are not different entities. I have contacted the UPS Store head office to complain on store manager instruction. When I called Mr. Rasheed to find his name, he had the audacity to tell us that he doesn’t care if we go and complain. I updated this review after reading Store Manger Mr. Rasheed reply for everyone to understand the full context. No wonder this store has a large amount of negative reviews.

I've been in this location couple of times in past 2 weeks since my brand new printer broke down and I needed to print some school projects. My experience has never been great, just being super slow, having one employee to take of everything, stuff like that, but I didn't really care until today. I walked in at 6:25pm. The lady who was helping 2 other people asked what I needed, me saying just printing couple of documents. She simply said we are closed

Here is the scenario.I have been here almost 10 different times in last 6 or 7 months to use their printing service. They only charged me the cost of the printed copies but today they charged me extra $3 in name of email service fee(which is actually the use computer charge and I didn't use) so in short i have paid $4.52 for copy of only 4 pages.Sorry to say but you lost one customer from today onword

I had incredible help from Rashid that was seriously above and beyond. I had a very complex and tough situation with my shipments and Rashid was able to help me far more than any other person I had dealt with.I was treated as a friend. He is a very helpful and honest man. Thank you!

Price gouging at its finest! $45 for passport photos that Service Canada rejected. Additional $28 to have them retaken! Service Canada still not sure they will be accepted. My daughter was unaware of the fair price for passport photos. So she paid $45 for digital copies she didn't need and 3 hard copies and wasn't given an option to refuse the digital version. When service Canada rejected the photos due to glare; sent her back with a note to have them retaken and they charged her $28! I went in to speak with the owner. I was hoping to get the $28 dollars refunded...he wouldn't do it. Wouldn't even consider it. Avoid this store at all cost! Go to Newmarket!
