Ordered online paid extra for 24 hour priority shipping because I work nights. Received the item 9 days later. No updates, email or reason for delay no refund for the not receiving within time even 48 hours would be perfectly acceptable. After a full work week shouldn't be offering the option to customers.

There were no cashiers and I don’t like using self checkout because it never works. I went to customer service and they said they couldn’t do it and they didn’t have enough staff but there were so many people at self checkout. There even used to be price match so from that point I only go there if something is cheaper or better then somewhere else.

I have seen older people packing their own grocery with lots of difficulty and there is not staff that will give them a hand! It is terrible and sad how old seniors are being treat ! Great prices but terrible service

maybe 1 cashier... and self check line out the door its crazy. like whats going on with this you have so many self check counters but not even half of them are utilized. If theft is an issue bring back legit cashiers.

Walmart again manage a new low,after refusing to refund my $27 for undergarments.they informed me the policy is on the back of the receipt,ok you only get the receipt after you complete the purchase.I hope you enjoy the $27 from a senior

Well I frequent Walmart at least 4 times a week never had the bad experience I had today. Went to pick up my my mothers medication and paid for a few other items at the Pharmacy. I was carrying my receipt in my hand with said items the greeter at the gate to let me out asked if I paid for everything I replied yes at the pharmacy he proceeded to grab my receipt which made me very angry as i shop there all the time so I just told him to keep the receipt and I kept walking out!! Time to start shopping elsewhere!!!

Insulting and useless Customer service! While using self check out because only one cashier was open. 2 items a lunch bag and cheap toy car did not have tag to scan. While my wife was able to find the price and bar code of the lunch bag while shopping we were unable to find the price of the toy which my 2 year old wanted hopefull that the cashier would help. The person at the self check out was able to help with the lunch bag because my wife provided a photo of the barcode on the shelf. For the car I was told to go look again at the back of the store when I said I didn't have time to go look myself we were told they couldn't do anything and to leave the car with them so my 2 year old started to cry and the lady told my son 3 times that it was mommy and daddy's fault and "mean mommy" only stopped because my wife asked her not to tell my son that. Worst customer service in my life!

Terrible look at this line due to not having enough people on the schedule clearly, Management needs to do better. Unexeptable.

Hit and miss. Had some really friendly people helping find certain products; customer service counter on the other hand was not that welcoming . Some self check out machines often out of order creating a longer line. Selection of products is limited but at least there is a store in Bradford… Overall not bad but not amazing either.

Watch the prices posted under the products.Bought a 2L container of green grapes, posted price 4.99, checked out price was 6.99. Had to go to customer service, they went to the product said they were 6.99. Asked them to go out to the floorwith me. Employees were changing the price to 6.99.

Refuse to employ cashier's. Self check out lines are insane long. Half of the self checkout terminals are out of service. This place is a disaster corporate should be ashamed

Disgusting customer service. My wife had to carry herself a Trampoline from one end to another, and not single employee was able to assist. Shame on your people skills and customer support!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase the gift cards here! I purchased a gift card for my brother that showed on the receipt it was activated but when my brother tried to use it it didn’t work. A lot of the gift cards they have are scam cards that don’t work. You’re better off purchasing gift cards from shoppers or other stores that have them.

I have lived in Bradford for 3 years and I go to the Walmart usually after the gym workout (around 8 am-ish). Today, on June 10, I went to the store to get some items, one of them was to buy 2 table cream (in the dairy aisle). I walked to the back of the store, and a female employee was loading up some dairy items in one of the shelves right next to the shelves holding the cream. Her cart was parked right in front of the glass door to the cream that I had to access. She did not move the cart for 30 seconds, as I just stood there, silent; I was afraid to say anything since one glimpse at her face told me to say absolutely nothing. It must have been obvious to her that I needed to get into the door next to where she was at. If it was me as the employee, I would have moved that cart out of the way PRONTO and rendered an "excuse me ma'am. I am so sorry." Finally, she did move her cart reluctantly in a reticent mood. I opened the door, got my two cream containers (it took 3 seconds). Here's where it got weird and where I felt unsafe. She SLAMMED the door to the compartment right next to the one I was standing at SO HARD that I thought that that glass door was going to break. It almost made my ears ring and shocked me beyond belief. I wondered if she was having a really bad personal day and/or this was some kind of protest against myself being the customer that required her to move her cart a few feet. Then, she yelled something out loud about "...dispensing the cream..." and I could not tell if she was talking to herself, me, or some other co-worker out of sight down the aisle. I believe that she needs some anger management or courtesy management training. No courtesy, manners or refinement whatsoever and please don't tell me that she must be going through something as an excuse: we ALL ARE! That kind of violent behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
