As I see other ppl paid extra for warranty and they do not getting back . I have same problem they rip me off about 300$ do not caught on honey Trap . When I bought tv my receipt came on my inbox straight. After claim warranty in store they haven’t told us you gone get email . I call 6 months after they side we told you that time check your junk inbox . I clearly know no body told us to check email how come we forgot to check email if someone mentioned so straight rip off for 300$ Canadian dollar best of luck ppl stay away from this business

Just bought a 77 inch oled at a very competitive price. Great service and a very knowledge staff.
Brian and Parry delivered and set up the tv and took the time to explain its many functions and how to operate. Also cleaned up before they left.
I did have a slight issue with sound and Quentin was very quick to help me resolve this issue.
Service much better than what you would get at Big Box.
Will definitely shop here again.

Large store with lots of speakers and stereos to choose from. The Sore Manager, Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Received excellent service from Quentin. He helped me make a excellent purchase.Picked up a 75" Samsung Q80 at a sale price. Highly recommend. I also compared the prices and they beat the big blue store.Please ask for him for a discount.Thank you for your help!!

Same as the many of the 1 star reviews that complain about products that don't work. They won't take them back if actually sold broken and they'll charge you for it.

I buy all my electronics from this store. Staff knows everything about the products they sell. They take the time to answer my sometimes silly questions to help me to make a decision on a purchase.Great store. Great staff

Karnav did an excellent job helping me demo multiple speakers. He was patient, gave me time to think it over and provided honest feedback which was in line with what I was hearing. Brian also provided some good insight regarding his experiences with different products and accessories which helped guide my decisions as I was building my system. They honoured a price drop on the speakers I purchased almost a month later!I am extremely happy with the service and the speakers.
