I wouldnt even give this location 1 star if i had the option. The staff dont know how to treat their customers and Ive felt targeted almost every time ive went there as it is the closest gas station to my house. They look at you weird and make you feel unwelcomed even if you’re just looking around. They are very ignorant and impolite. Please train them on how to speak and greet customers. I would love to speak to management about this.Side note: i rarely leave reviews on any businesses however I felt the need to for this as it’s completely unacceptable.

The employees at this location are friendly, efficient n helpful. I’ve frequented this store since it opened almost everyday on my daily work commute. Discounts on premium cigarettes n red bulls are consistent. They also offer to make food fresh without having to ask. I will miss them during Brampton assemblies 2 year retooling.

I just visited this location. Worst experience ever. The Indian Boy working at cashier pretends to know everthing, but DOESN'T. HE first charged me $2 EXTRA (then apologized). Then HE only gave me one of my winning tickets back. I went back inside the store, and he was totally confused. Another cashier girl came to help and they couldn't find MY WINNING TICKET from the garbage bin!! WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. THEY STEAL UR TICKETS.

If I could give one star I would. I visited this 7-Eleven location this past weekend. When I walked in the store was visibly dirty. They had one of their slurpee machines broken.We saw they had a sign on their ice cream cooler that said 2/$6 for Nestle King Size 180g ice cream. When I took them to the counter, the two rang up for a total of $9. I informed the cashier that they are supposed to be 2/$6, I went with her to look at the sign and she gave me a bunch of excuses to why this was not the price. I told her that if it is being advertised for that price you must honour it. She continued to refuse saying the sticker is old. So to avoid problems I chose a different ice cream (Klondik) that was marked at $3.59. When I got to the register it rang up as $4 and a couple of cents + tax. Frustrated at this point I went back with the lady and she raised her voice at me telling me that the $3.59 tag was for a different ice cream. What I find funny is that there was no price tags of over $4. But multiple of their ice creams were scanning for over $4. I did not buy the ice cream and did not appreciate the employee's attitude. Both ladies working Saturday April 15th at 6ish, require an attitude check, and a refresher as to what customer service is.Will not be going back and will be reporting, as this goes against the Scanning Code of Practice in Ontario.
