It’s was really great experience. Spicily Gurpreet was so kind and helpful during the first setup appointment. It was the first time learning about the sleep apnea machine, and she made the whole process so easy and comfortable. She explained everything clearly and answered all questions with so much patience. Front desk staff was so nice & helping.

Advacare is an excellent vendor for CPAP users. All staff are very accommodating and friendly and give all the support you can have.. Their medical equipments are excellent . I highly recommend Advacare for those people suffering from sleep apnea.

Just left my CPAP replacement appointment at Advacare Brampton.
The staff were extremely helpful and there was very little wait time.
Gurpreet helped me find a new a machine to use and she was very knowledgable, patient and attentive. All my questions were answered and i was overall happy with my experience!

I used to come here because I like the convenience of them submitting estimates to my health insurance provider and shipping the supplies to my residence. However, I've been increasingly feeling uncomfortable with the way I was being treated, so I goggled CPAP stores online. I was surprised that the prices of the online CPAP store was half of Advacare prices, and that they also submit estimates to health insurance and ships supplies to my residence as well. In fairness, Advacare used to be okay for me, but not anymore.

I’ve been coming to Advacare Brampton for many years, but my recent interaction with one of the therapists left me feeling belittled and talked down to. It felt as though she was in a hurry to dismiss me, and that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. She never smiled, and her demeanor has felt noticeably different depending on the reason for my visit—more cordial when I was making a purchase, and much less so when I came in for the pre-paid system check.
I do want to acknowledge the positive experiences I’ve had in the past, particularly with Christine and the receptionist around 2019, who were always respectful and kind.
I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended: as a reminder that every patient interaction matters, regardless of whether they are making a purchase or following up on care that’s already been paid for. Respect and empathy should be consistent for all customers.

Always get great service whenever I have to go and get supplies at Advacare.
Amanda and Sharmiga always go out off their way to make sure I have the right supplies that works for me.
