Serious Safety Concern: Stop doing Business with careless people like Antek Logistics, those put other at risk.
Today, November 13, 2024, at around 7:33 a.m., I had a very close call with a truck from Antek Logistics. As I was slowly driving out of the Amazon warehouse, their truck ran straight through a red light. The light wasn’t changing from yellow—it was fully red, and all other traffic had already stopped.
I have attached pictures for reference and if they want, I can send them full video from my dash cam.
I feel lucky that I was moving slowly, or I could have been seriously hurt. Driving a heavy truck requires extra caution because it takes longer to stop. Instead, this driver ignored the red light and put my safety and the safety of others at risk.
Antek Logistics needs to look into this and make sure their drivers are careful and responsible. Keeping drivers like this on the road is dangerous.
I would not recommend using Antek Logistics if they allow such unsafe driving.

I recently had an experience at YYZ4 facilities that highlighted some areas for improvement. Firstly, the overall environment was satisfactory, but I encountered specific issues that need addressing. Notably, both microwaves in the truckers' cage were out of order, which was inconvenient and problematic for those relying on them for meal preparation. Additionally, the general upkeep and maintenance of these facilities seemed lacking. Ensuring that appliances are functional and that facilities are well-maintained would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Amazon Seller here. This is the most efficient fulfillment warehouse from all the fulfillment centres I shipped to in Canada. Very well managed fulfillment center that has great emphasis on efficiency with non existential to low receiving defect. My inventory will get replenished just a few hours after receiving in full as shipped. This is my favourite fulfillment centre to ship to.

I was expecting to take a while for unloading as I’ve been to other Amazon warehouses, but this location exceeded my expectations, took 9hrs from check in to check out, if you a OO you would want to avoid.

Amazon has terrible costumers support , I order a package and paid for next day delivery, it never came and then they gave me 5 different dates and it's been over a week. And all they say now is they have no update . You can cancel your order. Or continue to wait.
What a terrible option to give a costumers.
I ask can't you reship a new package and they go no there no option for that.

Come on YYZ4 DO BETTER! whoever trained this problem solver should be given some feedback. first no one prints the ZZ number it's either XO or BO. next it's English says original on the item but you place the chocolate version for the sticker. next.up the picker...obviously doesn't know English very well either then the packer lol like you didn't say hmm this is not what the sticker says it.is. I'll put.it in the box anyways. lol all 3 of the employees should have negative feedback and the trainers.
I left out the counter because this was the .porblem solver fault. if you worked at my warehouse. you would have lost your problem solving job.
