I was just looking for the jeans and one guy I do not know that the person is manager or an employee he was so rude and totally made my experience horrible, it was in the morning shift. Please give that guy some lessons how to talk to their customer and be polite. Will not visit that store in future.

the guy manager at the store showed a bad attitude . He doesn’t deserve to be at this big position who clearly doesn’t know when the prices are needed to be modified . When I asked him about an item , he showed a careless attitude. Bad service

Amazing experience. Bella and mary at customer service were really helpful. Totally appreciate all their effort. I somehow deleted my email for an order that i wanted to return. Couldn’t get the order number. They helped and guided me and i was able to make a return within half an hour.

Thanks Kimmy for helping me out with the exchange on my 2 jeans I bought online. She was friendly and knowledgable. She was able to do the exchange online and have the new ones shipped to my house directly free!
