I have worked with AMZ Prep Canada for approx. 6 months and my experience with them has been stellar! From their owner jumping on a call with me at least two times to discuss how to grow my business, to their prep and busineess and invoicing processes to the hands on team in the warehouse, I have always been very impressed how they get things done and when things go wrong (as they will with any eCommerce business) they are quick to communicate and resolve issues! Nothing but great things to say about Amz Prep. I requested price quotes from literally every Amazon fulfillment centre in Canada and not only Amz Prep was the quickest to respond, they also offered me the best price per unit as well.Pratistha was amazing to work with and she made sure to accommodate me every step of the way during the onboarding process. The outbreak slowed a lot of things down but AMZ Prep still did a fantastic job in completing my Prep and Pack order in a extremely fast manner. I'm very eager to start a long-term relationship with Amz Prep.
