No help in store to find stuff, no crib available, no diaper gennie available, empty boxes for lot of stuff… after visting this store… feels like this store is preparing for permanent closure.. old billing machine in the store.

I went there for the swag bag and the Manager of the store her is name louise. She lied and said there is a waiting list and you have to buy 25 items to get the free swag bag. She lied to me. Then another associate her name is Tianna . I talked to her and she gave m the free bag also I bought some clothes she was very nice. But how could a store manager b like this she lied to my face. That is very unacceptable. There is nowhere written we have to buy 25 items to get a free bag we only need to add them to a cart.

Terrible customer service I’ve called 7 times both departments and the line just keeps ringing. Like does anybody even work at the store it’s 3 in the afternoon ???? I really hope they SHUT DOWN!!!! Because this is ridiculous!!!!

I was told next time you will give us 5 star but unfortunately it was the worst experience ever. Please please please don’t do your baby registry ever with babies r us. Initially they told me add 25 items to get 25$ coupon so I do that they said you hav to talk to live chat to get coupon so I did that. We have been told by lot off our guest that things on site very pricey and they are not even able to order it as online was showing pickup at store. Now there are stuff nobody bought it from registry, I was told I will get 10% on that but when I went to purchase they said have to talk to agent on live chat. I did and chat said you can’t get it because event is not there for 2 months those are terms. I told the guy I can’t wait to get car seat until baby born so I have to prepare ahead of the time . He said no you can’t get 10 % so I said ok regardless I have to buy it . When I went with purchase, I have been told by cashier you can’t use 25$ registry coupon because the stuff is already on sale and can’t use it .
So overall they got the business for registry didn’t give me 25$ coupon and 10% off on remaining stuff. Wt a fraud.please please please do your baby registry at Walmart or Amazon more varieties definitely. After registry I am stuck with 350$ gift card after 150$ purchase .. wow!!!

Don’t create a baby registry with babies r us, people will not be able to purchase anything everything will say it’s not in stock or unavailable and it never goes back in stock for them to purchase. Some items people will go to the end of the purchase page and then it won’t work for their purchase to go through. It is ridiculous If you contact customer service asking when items will be available online, they don’t have an answer for you. No one can help you at all it is absolutely ridiculous I would’ve gone with west coast kids if I had know how horrible my experience would be. Next week is my shower and i am stuck being everything else myself

If I could give no stars for this review I would. If you were planning to register at babies r Us... don't! Save yourself the trouble unless you want to include a disclaimer in your baby shower. Invite that every single person has to bring a receipt. I received two of the same item from my shower 2 weeks ago and came into the store to simply exchange one of them for a larger size or a different product. Not even asking for a refund. I understand it when you don't have a receipt that might be a slight discount just in case which I was willing to accept. However, because I don't have a receipt, I am now forced to keep a $50 item that I already have and do not need because the store manager refused due to company policy. Everyone knows when it comes to babies, this is an expensive time and every dollar counts that is gifted to you. You are better off registering at snugglebugs and Amazon and saving yourself the trouble! By the way, this experience was at the Brampton location at Queen and 410.

Very helpful staff. She found the exact item we needed. And we are grateful for that.The store has variety of new options from legos of harry potter, cars ,castles and many more.They even got bicycles for kids aged 2-15. And remote controlled cars as well. The best thing i liked about the store was the teddy section.You can also find comic books, fairy tales , drawing books.Board games like monopoly to boost your kids mind.

The lady(Olivia) sitting at the baby desk is not at all helpful, I asked for help to register.. she said go online and do it.I asked for help on what must be done if she could explain she sent me to the cashier at the front… like we could do really better as a customer service, she doesn’t wanna leave her desk. She is dam rude… store was not busy and her attitude is like that imagine how she would behave on a busy day…
