Worst place to get your eyebrows done . Danielle has zero care about customer. I have my eyebrows done with her (microblading) in 2019I paid a deposit of $150 Prior my appointment and She didn’t tell me that she works from home . I was shocked when I arrived and it was her apartment ! anyways I haven’t said anything because I didn’t want to embarrass her . After she done I didn’t like my eyebrows at all but she said give them a couple days so I said ok . After 3 days I didn’t see a difference so I tried to reach to her to see how she can fix them but I was surprised that she blocked my phone number and my Instagram too . And I was told that they will last 2 years but after 2.5 years they are still too dark I’m not sure what type of product she used on them.Now I will pay &300 just to remove them . Please be careful

I couldn't reach her for 5 days, then she gave a rant that she has familytime and isn't available over the weekend and she isn't a scammer. (Weekend isn't 5 days for me) She blocked me and kept my deposit. Stay away!

I have gotten my eyebrows done by her twice. She is professional and affordable. I am glad I ignored the reviews, it's obvious is her competition or people looking for a freebie. My sister has her own business and same thing is happening to her. the truth is she was trustworthy and nothing about this reviews were true with my experience with her.

ZERO stars!!! This lady is a SCAM artist!!! She has COVID and I domy feel comfortable going to her home so instead of keeping open communication with me, she blocked me! I tried messaging her and she was absolutely and disgustingly rude and blocked me there. I just had a baby and that deposit is a lot of money for a single mother. I shouldn't be penalized for not wanting to go to someones house who has a sickness that I don't want to catch. These are different circumstances than me not wanting to do it just because.

If there are bad reviews about a business... trust your guts, they're 100% true. Reviews don't lie and I found out the hard way. Danielle Perez did a shoddy job on my brows. One brow was thicker and longer that the other. What's more, the ink started fading after the touch up. When I complained about it , she blocked me. A word of advice, do your research well and get your brows done by people who actually have the expertise.

Danielle Perez from base beauty artistry is a scammer. From the get go she was full of excuses. I initially booked an appointment with her back in September 2019 to get the combination eyebrows . She requested to rebooked the appointment due to a reason that I do not wish to disclose. I was fully understanding of her situation and agreed with rescheduling. She did my brows and they were ok. I had a follow up appointment with her a few weeks later and yet again she requested to reschedule because her husband got hurt and work and she had to run to his aid. Once again, I was understanding of the situation but thought, how ironic she rescheduled on me twice. Fast forward to June 2021. I contacted her during the lockdown because I was due for a retouch. She advised me that she would resume service in June. I booked the appointment for June 30 and e- transferred my 50% deposit ($125). On June 29 she messaged me advising me that she got her COVID vaccine and was not feeling well and requested to reschedule. Once again, I was very understanding of the situation. The appointment was rescheduled for July 2 at 6pm. On July 2 at 11:14 am , she sent me a voice note advising me that once again, her husband got hurt at work and she had to run to his aid. Once again, i was very understanding of her situation even though I felt like this is a common thing for her to do. I responded to her voice note "I am sorry to hear about what happened to your husband I hope he's ok. I was on vacation from work this week, that is the reason why I was a bit flexible with my availability. I am back at work on Monday with a 8am to 4pm schedule. Based on your policy, i wouldn't be able to come during the week because I have a daughter and I can't leave her at home by herself. With that being said, i am only available on the weekends." 72 hours past with no response. I sent her a message on July 5 requesting a refund for my deposit due to her unprofessionalism and lack of communication. She responded with some lies stating that her husband broke his collarbone and she was in a out of the hospital over the weekend . I must add, I follow both her personal and business account on Instagram. On her personal account, she was at Center island riding bikes with her husband and friends. Her husband looked perfectly fine for someone who broke his collarbone. This is what triggered me. When confronted with this information, she stated that she does not owe me an explanation . I provided my email address to her on July 5 for the refund. On July 7, I sent a follow up text because I did not receive the transfer. Once again she came back with an excuse that she's having issues with her e-transfer. She wanted me to drive to Vaughn from Mississauga to get cash. I advised her that would be an inconvenience for me. I also provided an alternative to meet somewhere in the middle. I sent her another text on July 9 requesting a update on the status of my refund, I got no response. I sent her a final text on July 10 advising her that this is my final text message regarding my request for my $125 refund. I also advised her that If the funds are not deposited to my account by the end of day, I will be getting a third party involved (small claims court). I did my due diligence trying to accommodate the situation with no clear response from her. It's not about the money, it's about the principles and her unprofessionalism calling herself a business owner. She did not respond so I am forced to proceed with filing a claim which she would be responsible for all the filing fees. Please do not waste your time and money on this scamming business. If I could rate this so called business less than 0 I would. She really does not know how to operate a business and her customer service is the worst. She has ghosted me for $125. It is so funny that she cannot afford to refund my $125 yet she stays balling and wearing all brand names on Instagram. She is very pathetic and a scammer!!! Stay away from this business.

I usually do not write bad reviews for any business owner. I will always try to work it out with the owner first but Danielle Perez is just too immature and unprofessional to be able to do that cordially. I felt compelled to warn anyone who is doing their own research on microblading services. I did not have a good experience with Danielle doing my eyebrow microblading procedure. First off, she drew in my brows while I was lying down (which I learned later from a professional that you do not do b/c that is not the natural position of your eyebrows). She drew them in about 2 mins and made them too long and added a long thin tail at the end. When I looked at them in the mirror, I felt rushed by her to make a decision on the shape so she can get on with it. I then returned at a later date to do my first touch up and an hour before the appointment, she leaves me a message saying she needs to cancel and gave me a very lame excuse as to why. So unprofessional!!! Needless to say, I didn't return for my appt, but went to a real professional and that's where I learned your brows should never be drawn lying down, let alone done in 2 mins. Determining the shape is more important step and time should never be rushed through that process. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your money or time with Danielle!!!
