Today I went to this store to purchase Sata SSD WD, Kiranjot the best employee directed me to go to geek squad. As per Geek squad this product does not have 30 return policy or exchange policy m. Once sold, its final sale. However Billing rep Kiranjot told they do exchange but both rep have different policies and the same the team lead (don’t know the same but Sikh guy) he was not aware of the policy too. How you checked it will work or not? if not they can’t do anything. Even the website doesn’t say anything about the return policy?

Ashima Syal provide us best customer service .she was really helpful to us. She was highly informed, explaining how the laptop functions and how they meet our needs. She patiently serviced each customer despite the large number of people waiting for their turn around him.She shared her extensive knowledge and answered all our questions.

Worse experience with an item purchased in store where I asked for a personalised receipt(Person name who did my billing is Anmolpreet) and was given a normal one which my insurance didn't accept. When went back to store to get a personalised receipt again, they denied saying we can't as its not our policy. Very frustrating. Store says call customer service and when called customer service , they said talk to store manager. I feel so stuck. Am I supposed to spend all my time calling and visiting best buy???? Expected better!

I wish I could give them less than a star. They don't deserve any. Customer service is extremely bad. They are not trained enough on technical side as well as customer service wise. Send me on a wild goose chase. Even they don't get back to you on time. The geek squad service is just for name, i got my device after 3 weeks for a software issue and they are sending me a device is ready mail now after 3 weeks from the date i got my device back. I will never suggest the geek squad service in best buy( bramalea mall one). Send my device for a software issue and they were troubleshooting for hardware issue, without my permission. Please don't take your devices to geek squad service in this best buy for your own good. Go to a different branch and you will definitely feel the difference.

This place sucks, Products, Customer service, employees, everything. Employees tell you one thing and the reality is something else. One of their Employee lied to me just to make the sale and when I went back for the resolution, all I got was " I'm sorry but I cant do anything". If you want flawless customer service and working products, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. No wonder their product return line was so long. Do better. And yeah the employee who lied to us was GURKIRAN. Make sure you stay away from her too.

UPDATE: I see Best Buy responded, thanks.I have tried 2 times after this review still to contact the store. There is no way to call the store and only a 1-800 number for customer services. They said someone would contact me by phone, email, I got nothing. I ended up buying the $5000 Tv from another competitor and at a better price too. Service was great and no issues. I can even call the store directly for all my concerns. I will not return to Best Buy again.Went today to buy a TV. The sales guy on the floor smelled so bad. Hygiene, no bath or shower omg, where is the policy here. Then lies to me about warranties. I asked for the manager, he gets mad at me, really. Just at the same time. Another couple I herd saying, service is terrible here. I was ready to buy but didn't feel the service and offer was not in line with other retailers. We were very close but the attitude was not professional. Other places are available.

Worst customer service. Went in to buy ink cartridges for printer (bought previously at best buy) and asked two of their associates for compatibility. They asked us to google about the compatibility as they had limited understanding of the products they sell in store. Also did not see any willingness or any interest from their side to find this out.Person at checkout was no different. Asked him if these can be bought now and returned later if not compatible, to which he impolitely replied this is not his job to confirm compatibility.Whose job is it exactly, at a company of the size that Best Buy is, to have info on what you sell?

Worst experience i have from here. Last month when i visited to buy an AirPod. I saw an advertisement in their site and its says they are giving the air pod case free with them. And i buy that and asked for the offer that they showed in the site. They just said they wont give that. I even show that offer to them from the site. They are not willing to give that offer to me. This place is having the worst customer service, they don’t even know what does Customer servicing that mean by.

Never take an extended warrantyIt is uselessBought a TV 9 months ago in December 2022 and it fails to start now, after speaking to the best buy they agreed to give me the amount of TV, however it was still under the manufacturer's warranty.My$ 129 was wasted as the TV did not survive even the manufacturer's warranty.

Very poor customer service by geek squad untrained staff dont know anything about computers, useless membership as they cannot solve simple antivirus software issue. Girls working there just looking for reasons to avoid work.

Called 2 times about trade ins for gaming pcs and was told multiple times that they take them and was going to get a good offer on them. After arriving there with my desktop, I was told that they do not take them and they had no idea what was going on in their employment and who was telling me that information. They also said that customer service gives out wrong information that’s not accurate to stores after I was told twice otherwise. Very unprofessional, unorganized. Don’t recommend best buy and they will not be seeing my business again??

I went there to buy a laptop and eventually after waiting for 2 hours I took a laptop and asked the manager jihan if she can help me to get a bag with the laptop which costed $1300+ and her answer was so rude she said that our margin from laptops is $15-$20 we are not even making money on laptops how you want me to get you a bag with the laptop!!!!!. and the rudeness and fake smile and fake help from this manager is super annoying.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!, who tells this to a customer, havn't you learned how to talk properly to customers.this was my experience there my friends, I would not advise you to visit this place because you will face this bad experience for sure from this manager.

Worst experience.No staff to attend. Ask for a demo of a laptop staff start explaining about best buy membership. I was not interested to have membership then staff behavior got changed and just wanted me pay for the product and leave. Since it was first visit for billing mistakenly I stood on Greek squad row which is for best buy members their two of team members start judging me and lagughing. Come-on this is really disrespectful. Never gonna go back again. Bought a product of 750 dollar but you guys should train our team how to deal with the customers.

I was in line while this guys was chatting with this women there is no other cashiers, just one. After this guy in-front of me went nice guy okay. He was treated poorly. After he payed and left the manger and the cashier is talking about how he smelled like weed, they speaking on him poorly for this. This is not what I wanted to see today. Poor server for such a diverse community. (People act like their own people don’t smell, acting like they smell any better)
