I had an exceptional experience shopping at here thanks to Sophia, one of their outstanding sales associates. From the moment I walked in, Sophia greeted me warmly. She patiently guided me through the store, offering valuable opinions and recommendations. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Sophia's professionalism and expertise was truly appreciated and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

I recently visited your store and had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the staff. One particular employee whose name is Sophia was extremely disrespectful when speaking with customers. When I asked the cashiers for her name to report the behavior, they ignored my request and did not take my complaint seriously.
Additionally, when we were trying on clothes in the fitting rooms, the same employee behaved rudely and told us to leave if we had 4-5 items or were going to take more time. It was clear she didn't want us to try on our selections. Is this your idea of customer service?
To make matters worse, one of the cashiers, an Indian girl, outright refused to take our payment. I only remember one employee's name, Sophia, and other is an indian girl and a west indian older women but the overall environment was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the unacceptable behavior of the employees. Management needs to address this issue immediately.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in this store by the Philippines guy. The staff even do not talk to anyone and do not even smile However when they talk they are rude to customers.

The cashier took the clothes out of my hands and just started cashing away. No hi no pleasant smile nothing. The other attendant in the front was annoyed with my sister because of the placement of the pants they put right by the buzzer. So when we asked a question she didn’t want to answer.
I don’t think people should work retail if they don’t like people or their job. That or because we’re the same colour as them (black) we didn’t deserve respect. ??♀️. Fix up thx

The bathing suit didn't fit, so I had to return it. The old lady working at the front desk had horrible customer service skills. She was rude and unpatient.

I was looking at a shirt and a employee said “you need to stop what you’re doing ok” with an attitude. I was looking at the design and size of the shirt and it’s not like I’m going to leave the shirt without folding it. Hopefully the employee becomes kinder and gets better customer service skills.

Crazy mananger and rude staff.They don’t how to to talk with customers.Owner should get rid off manager.Ever i got bad service in bramlea bluenotes. I m giving 0 rating to staff. This is our third time bad experience with bluenotes manager. We were in the line. Due to her Bad attitude, she said you need to wait now. I recommend everyone do not visit this store. AND requested to owner should take step for that lady. ????.
