the Current hiring manager is not very friendly and seems to only hire people of her kind. ( brown) does not give all interested employees a fair chance.

On Friday, the new girl with curly black hair helped me, she was the only one in the store but still helped me with some outfits to take back home. It was sweet of her.

I want to give a review about the store manager Ms chandan …. I believe she needs to learn some cx services … i went to their store i was looking on for a size i asked her help she reply u can check your self .. then i went to her for certain colour on t shirt she said me can you see there no na sooo we don't have that ….. what kind of answer was that this how u reply your cx or cx services this soooo bad i felt if store manager is like that how would other employees will learn i need management to look into this

Chandandeep, the new manager at this Bluenotes location, is causing unnecessary trouble for my family and me when we buy items on sale or exchange/return them. She claims to have absolute control over pricing, surpassing corporate and store policies, and insists on controlling refunds. She even refused to give a full refund unless I brought back other items from home. This is absurd. Please conduct an audit or review of her actions. She is unreasonable and doesn't consider customer needs.

Good work ethics of the Manager and assistants! One of them helped me find my dress, and even gave her suggestions. Absolutely loved it! So unlike the other store Managers of other outlets in the plaza. The music was juce and soothing, so my friend and I could talk at least!
