Worst Bank I have ever encountered. They put my whole cheque on hold for 7 days without releasing a single dollar. I deposited my next cheque at TD and they only put hold for 2 days and released $500 right away and it was new account.

Don't open new account(new commer) with this Branch they are given false info. you are eligible for bla bla. they give promotional offer docs and all but at the end but you won't get anything.

This branch has finally got best branch manager (TEPAN) I have ever come across in Canada. Tepan goes out of his way and beyond his role/responsibilities to help out customer/clients. I was impressed most when he tried to take off the his staff load from the front desk by offering to help for all non-cash related transactions. Keep up the good work Tepan.Regards,Shrey

What a great customer experience at BMO brisdale branch. I had my appointment with Harkanwaldeep and was very late for the appointment, she was done for the day but still she stayed back for us to arrive!She answered all my queries very calmly and professionally.You just don’t get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks. I and my mother really appreciate her efforts and look forward to many years banking with BMO.

Totally rubbish service by the staff and the manager. I wanted to talk to the manager but she did not even hear me. Better a normal guy should be there instead of her if she doesnt want to lister to their customers.

I have never been disappointed as much as BMO disappointed me today. I made a purchase online, and within minutes, I figured out it's a scam. I called my bank. My bank that i should rely on. The bank that my family trusted since 2006. That same bank tells me that wait and let them take the money out than call us,back and report the fraud. I am like, but I am calling you right now, telling you they are scam. Stop this transaction. The agent said. You are responsible for that transaction. You should have been smart enough not to make that purchase. The other one said, I will tell you in a very respectful way that we,cannot do anything for you." So what what is the point of putting our money into the bank? When banks can not even protect you from fraud. If it's all me, if it is,my responsibility is to keep my money safe rather than I would rather keep it with me in my house. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

After many interactions with different BMO branches, the 20 Brisdale BMO branch is by far the most accommodating, all staff that I’ve dealt with has been great, Sabrina in particular goes above and beyond to meet all customer needs.

i had booked an appointment on Friday evening 5-6, after waiting for 25 mins i decided to leave.Appointment was for opening new account, i could see how the actual banking experience would be.they do not care about your time.i recommend to Stay away.they have time to chit chat but not for customers.
