I signed up for a chequing account online and was told I needed to show up, verify my ID, and I would get my card. However, at the branch, they insisted that I had to appointment, causing confusion because there email said to show u anytime with my ID. Regardless I made the appointment and the lady reminded me to being one piece of ID. I show up for my appointment and I'm told I need 2 pieces of iD, when both the email and bank teller told me I just needed one.This was a frustrating and time-consuming experience and I will never recommend for anyone. On the other hand, ScotiaBank opened my account smoothly without an appointment, requiring only one piece of ID. The process was straightforward. Also BMO's requirement for a credit check to open a basic checking account seemed unnecessary as I was not getting a credit card with them

worst customer service ever at a bank, Dont ever come here if you want to bank in peace. The manager doesn’t deserve to be a manager he is an a-hole, and the indian financial advisor lady claims to know more than everybody else but knows nothing.

This branch deserves a 5/5 because of the teller Parveer. She is so extremely kind and helpful, she also remembers clients on a name basis. I will continue coming to her only for my banking

Unprofessional and undertrained staff and the manager does not even care. Staff name- Mayuri Gupta.Came in to deposit two cheques that went on hold.Was told it is not possible even when I told them it is a regular cheque and requested them to remove the hold. As I have been getting it done since past one year.Waited for 45 minutes for the manager to get free. Manager came in and was rude. She removed one cheque hold and when asked why the other one was not removed, well, the staff did not mention it and now they won’t release.Never visit this location. Worst of the worst.Already filed a complaint with BMO. Let’s see how they proceed.

I love and appreciate this bank so much ?my money was on hold for what reason i dont know and i went to the teller Parveer .She was soo nice and willing to assist me .She tried so hard until she freed my money i love it there

They Suck totally and worse service ever. Moved to CIBC and much comfortable and responsive. Just sell the products with incorrect info and when you reach out to the customer care I got to know the information provided at the bank is incorrect
