Most stupid bank to go for your needs. These people just waiting to say no to you. After standing in line for 45 min the teller can’t even deposit my check in my company. What a joke of staff working. Go anywhere but here.

The judgement and assumptions from staff and the manager is beyond acceptable. I’ve been with BMO for at least 25 years. Doing business only once at this location was my worst experience in a bank, ever. I will never use this location again.

PRAHBJOT KAUR.- BMO bank Bramalea city centre. The Worst banker I have come across ever in all my banking history. She’s RUDE, has no respect for people’s time, lacks severe customers service skills. Stated that I booked multiple appointments ( almost to justify her reasoning for having me wait). One appointment was booked and rescheduled on my end. I am a professional who works in customers service myself and I understand the importance of rescheduling and contacting people if there are issues with appointments. To be honest I definitely felt judged upon first meeting. She looked at me, called my name and just walked off. And I get it, it’s early people are tired. I’ve been there. But No hi, hello nothing. I came to open a bank account for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I was told to bring her birth certificate in which I did. She told me she can’t do anything with this until it’s verified? What more verification is need for a government issued birth certificate??? Nevertheless if that’s the case ok. She then stated I needed to bring my daughter who’s 12 to sign. I definitely know that is nor a requirement for a 12 year old , it’s recommended. Anyway, she gave me a hard time and to be honest from the energy from the intial contact I knew it would be as such. I could guarantee based on that awkward meeting I am not the only one feeling the way I did after that interaction. I am in completely awe. She also accused me of not canceling the appointment and said she could show me her schedule if I liked. In order to reschedule the appointment through the email confirmation I need to click the reschedule appointment tab to do so. So her statement is totally inaccurate the appointment was canceled and rebooked. I asked her what exactly is this treatment for… is it my race? Her response verbatim “oh Ashley don’t come with this black white thing” (Racism ma’am, it’s called racism) anyhow, I just left it at that. I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything race related but what else could it be? It is beyond me. It’s likely that she just didn’t want to do anything pertaining to opening the account. I’m not accusing her of anything other that. I wish I could rate zero stars.These bankers are the face of the bank in which they work. Do they not understand one conversations can completely determine someone’s relationship with a bank. I spoke to Prahbjot Kaur for 2 minutes. And she has totally DISMANTLED my relationship with BMO bank.

Account managers have poor customer service. They don't take your concerns seriously and penalize you at the first chance they get. They hurt your banking business activities. Terrible services.

It's good to check reviews first before going somewhere. I made a huge mistake trying this bank. There's a lady named Prabhjot kaur there. She was so rude and acted like they forced her to remain at that job. Like whoever hired her made a huge mistake. She was condescending and all the documents she was supposed to upload, she didn't. I had to make one more trip to the bank for this lady's mistake and attitude. There are so many banks to deal with one rude person here. So I am not banking with bmo anymore. It is not worth it. For those who still want to try this location, pls avoid Prabhjot kaur. That lady is the worst.

Came here to open a business account. Avoid anything with the employee Prabhjot Kaur. She told us we could apply for business loans on the website after we opened our account. This is not the case, it makes you make another appointment with the branch. For the second appointment, it was again Prabhjot Kaur and she not only didn't do her job, it took the branch a month to get back to us. I've lost about 6 business hours dealing with this branch. Dont waste your time and find a better branch to do your banking at.

This bank is a joke for business owners trying to run their business.Over 2 weeks for holding a certified cheque from A LAWYER. Once that's cleared (over half a month ago), I try making a draft to REMAX REALTY BROKERAGE, and I am here again waiting 2-3 hours for another "verification process". You can't run a business with this bank, and they clearly don't value your time.Clearly the bank manager, Jay Desai, was informed about this, but not once was I approached, even as a common courtesy for the inconvenience caused by the bank he WORKS FOR.Do not use BMO, I had nothing but trouble and issues ever since I opened with them, especially the branchThis is not the first time I have had issues with BMO and specifically this branch

I wish i could give half a star. There is no customer loyalty at all, my mortgage which I blindly renewed for the last 20 years, and is now payed off, means nothing, my investments mean nothing, my 8.82 credit score means nothing at this branch, they want me to dance through hoops because I'm applying for a home owner equity line, for 100,000, my job security, annual income and credit score is impeccable, and they are offering me prime + 1. Any institution I have contacted say based on the information here they will easy do prime + .5 even got .25 yes this is peanuts, but its in principal, I will not be doing busyness with this bank any more

This BMO is a fraud branch. The Manager and all the staffs should go under investigation by the Head office .... lot of people having trouble by this branch specially the BMO branches in Brampton should be carefully looked into by the Head of all BMO. This PEEL CENTRE branch BMO staffs including the manager, getting people information and trying to trick customers to steel their money. I personally was affected and some of my well known people also affected. Most of the BMO branches in Brampton should know what a customer service is. Customer service is not to confuse the customers with the knowledge u've learned but it is guiding them and making them happy with at least a small thing.

I am banking here since last 27 years i am a business client,this bank use to be good but since Manager Roxanne left its falling a part now i only go this branch if i have no choice so many times i complaint my business manager but nothing can be done looks like they simply don’t care ! Folks go other branch around don’t waste your time here unless you are retired & have nothing to do !
