I had a very disappointing experience at Galaxy Car Wash. During my car wash, the brushes damaged my brand new 2026 Honda CRV rear wiper and broke it completely. When I spoke with the owner, he initially agreed to cover the repair and sent me to a workshop he works with. However, when the part arrived, I was told the owner would only cover 50% of the cost, leaving me to pay the rest.
When I contacted the owner again, he refused to pay the full amount, canceled my car wash pass, and went back on his word. The workshop charged $90 for the wiper, and I was forced to cover part of it myself.
This business does not take responsibility for damage caused during their service and does not keep their promises. I do not recommend Galaxy Car Wash.

Dont waste ur money on this go to a better coin car wash they use bad quality soap and will it ruin your paint.

I visited this car wash expecting a thorough clean, but I was quite disappointed. Despite paying for a full exterior & interior wash, there were still visible blood/bug stains left on the front bumper and lower panels (see photos). It looks like no effort was made to properly scrub these spots, even though they’re common after highway driving.
If you're looking for a quick rinse, this place might be okay. But for an actual clean, especially for things like bug splatter, this wasn't worth it. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve attention to detail.

Very disgusted by the so call manager i spoke to. If I could rate 0 I would. All I did was call to speak to the manager and he was so aggressive shouting WHY ARE YOU CALLING? WHO WHO ARE YOU?
Maybe if these people learned to speak English they can understand people better instead of being so rude

Don’t go for their automatic car wash just because its cheap. It damaged my car paint and alloy wheels all around.

Not satisfied with the service.
The things inside the car was not returned.
I have to start looking for it.
The inside wash was not completed, I have to go home to complete it.

I don’t give bad reviews but this is an exemption. I came early morning to be the first in line. Waited for about 15 minutes before it opens and when I was to pay the monthly pass by the window, the staff requested me to park because there were cars waiting behind me. True, by the time the wash opened, there were about 4 cars behind me but I was polite enough and obliged. I decided to do some vacuuming although it’s a bit cold and I just wanted wash. The space I parked was not cleaned yet and suction power is not as good as before. When I went inside the office, the same staff who took my plate number is not even paying attention and I needed to repeat my details. By the time my car entered the wash, I noticed a small amount of soap poured in my windshield. I was hoping it will spray more but that’s all it applied. True enough, when I wiped dry my car I observed that the windshield was not as clean as expected. I’ve been to this wash for months now and I happened to meet the owner who I find very professional. But management can do a better job of training staff. By asking the customer to park and pay inside while others who came later have their car washed defeats the purpose of first come, first serve. Second, quality check should be done that all machines are working properly and premises was clean enough. Third, again staff should be more courteous and pay attention to details. The staff could have taken my info in advance or listen attentively. You know when one is paying attention when someone is repeating the information you said to confirm instead of asking you to repeat all information. All throughout this incident I keep my self in check as not to show any aggression or any signs that I’m argumentative. Almost forget, looks like the car behind me is a friend of the staff as I saw them talking while I pulled beside the shop’s window.

Great service especially for the price. I buy the monthly pass which allows you one wash per day and free use of the vacuums. Plus they give you a shammy to dry your car with. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes it can get extremely busy and you really do need the shammy as it never fully dries your car. That being said I have been going for years and really do love it there.
