Came in on Sunday looking for a pair of shoes unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock but customer service was amazing. Stefanie, Justin and Krisha were great to talk to and were very helpful they offered me alternatives which I ended purchasing and liking more than the pair I originally came in for

Went in Browns today with my mom. I was looking for Blundstones and she was looking for comfy running shoes. We were both helped by very friendly staff. I was helped by a very nice gentleman and she was helped by a young woman who was very patient in helping her find the right style and fit for her needs. The cashier was very pleasant as well. We came here after a few other stores in the mall where we were greeted with not so friendly staff so this was an overall very pleasant experience compared to other stores in the mall. Would recommend this location. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

There is no point shopping for Shoes at This Location, here's why: You got 3 Employee joking & acting all around the cashier table, 2 women walked in & not 1 employee asked if they need assistance. 1 gentleman checking out pairs, while again ya'll employees making fun of that customer. The most one I hate, you have a Karen in your shop with Bare attitude when items bought from another store with Excellent Service!!! You got Lil girls in there that can't even display the items too sell. Rethink who to hire next, as they could be your next Employee of the day, month or Year!!!

I bought a pair of leather Artica boots. They are gorgeous, comfortable, and functional. Also, the customer service was terrific! Koodos to Erica (the manager) and her team! :) I even purchased three leather care products because the sales person took the time to demonstrate them in a non-pushy way. Thank you! I will return. :)

Big store, nice variety, helpful staff. One of the bigger stores in Brampton offering many high end brands, latest styles. They have great sales!

Jerome is super helpful. I was there for an exchange, and he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Even though he just helped us with an exchange but I felt the excellent customer service feel. The way he greeted us and took care of our need right on the spot, it was overwhelming. I am not going to any other brown location apart from this one just because of his excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend this location because of him.

Terrible experience!! I walked into the kids' section. I was the only one there, and the worker didn't help me at all! Another customer walks in, and she gets served. I waited for 15 mins, and nope. Left the store and came back she helped another customer on the side .The girl didn't help. I kept saying I needed help she was helping the other pplI asked her for shoes if they had it in my baby's size she's like no we don't she took the sample of the shoe and left it in the frontI waited for her to come back, and she didn't even ask if I needed helpI left the store came back asked another worker , and when I asked the other worker in a different color if they have it she went to check and said she has it in black the one I wanted before I'm like how come the other girl said it's not available and nothing online when she didn't even checkShe didn't even wanna serve me the previous girl who's African black.I felt very unwelcome and racist with that employee, nor did she say hi or if I needed help.The other employee helped me out.

Walked into the location at Toronto Premium Outlets and you can feel the indignation in the air. The staff looked at me like they felt sorry for me or something. I was so turned off, that I asked them where the Aldo's outlet store was and left. At least they were able to provide me with directions. Will NEVER shop at that location.Do better!

Good variety. But, Rude, unprofessional staff. Bought 2 pairs of shoes last weekend, paid over $400. Staff was pretty unhelpful and rude. I thought May be they were having a bad day. Went again yesterday and same attitude, wanted to buy a pair but left because of the staff and manager’s behaviour.

Great service here. I recently bought Timberland boots for my fiancé and we both hated our scratched up they looked. I brought them back the following day and the manager was super friendly, took care of me immediately and had a new pair shipped right to our door step

Recently bought winter boots during black friday. I wore them for few days and realized those were not comfortable. I talked to Assistant Manager Jerome at BCC location. He was such a wonderful and nice person. He helped me to find a better fitting shows of a diffent conpany and took the current ones from me without any questions. I really think he needs a shout out for being such a nice employee.
