I visited the call it spring(level-2) today and their service was really good, I was looking for a Chelsea boot for work and the associates over there were so helpful, they gave me different options to try and I ended up buying 3 pairs. The collection and customer service was great. Must visit.

I bought shoes from this location on December 5, 2023, and within one month, the leather of shoes started to come off. The material they use is of very bad quality, and i am attaching picture also. Not recommend anyone to buy from there.

Amazing customer service and superior sales team! That manager Echo had amazing energy and helped me find the perfect shoes for a night out. Surprised I didn’t buy the entire store off of her spectacular customer service skills!

I would give them 0 star if I could wrt their employees working in this store. Very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to a customer who came to pickup their order twice. My order is showing Ready for pickup on their website but they said it has not arrived. Also, fedex tracking says it is delivered since Monday. Today’s Thursday and they are saying it is still not here. People there don’t help instead give your rude and harsh words when you ask them the reason of the order being not there. They asked me to call their customer service, which says there is no live agent available to talk right now as they have gone home during business hours. Very very frustrating! This store needs good, welcoming employees like other locations.

When I came in Echo was so sweet and I love how attentive she was while dealing with multiple customers, I've never had such great customer service like that before, I bought the cutest pair of shoes and will be coming back! Love love love the vegan representation

I went to this store on Black Friday and it was so busy store and there was indian girl I think her name was Sejal she was on cash she seems so young and she was so well greeting all the customers and even there was big line but she handle it well . It was good customer service . Also she sold me multi protector which is very useful.Thankyou for help!!

I ususally don't write reviews but I had a really good experience at this store, Rudy, who was so well dressed! He helped me to get a good boots! I struggle to find right fit and shoe-buying is anxious but thanks to Rudy! Great customer service!
