I've been here many times. The staff on the floor are usually friendly, but often, I need to ask a few people before I get the answer I'm looking for. I have spoken to the manager once, and he was super nice and helpful. BUT ... if you ever need to speak to the customer service desk, they are rude, often won't even listen to you as they are engaged in conversation with a fellow employee and if you finally get their attention, you say two words and they just tell you to go elsewhere. It was so unhelpful and so frustrating.There is this one lady there who is there quite often during the day and has worked there for years, and every time I have spoken to her, it always takes 30-45 minutes to get an answer because she is never willing to listen to everything before she talks over you or sends you somewhere else or just pages a random person, who is not the right representative for my concern, because she doesn't listen.If the customer service desk was better, I would give this store a 3.5-4 star rating because most staff are friendly, just not well versed in their knowledge.

Daphne at Automotive is amazing!! I came to purchase a battery for my car last night and Daphne was so patient and informative! I've purchased batteries a couple times now but this was my first experience having someone take the time to troubleshoot and educate me, all at 9pm after her shift ended. I am beyond appreciative for her time.Daphne, if you're reading this, my car started. Thank you! :)_Giving this a four star because the cashiers at this location were more focused on their conversations with each other than the line of customers. I had to make two trips to the store last night to fix my car before the store closed. Unfortunately, I had the same experience with cashiers both times.

I was shopping in the automotive department. Staff was very polite, and greeted me as I walked through the door.I was served by an awesome lady whose name I forget, but she was great. Had an awesome sense of humor and really knew her stuff.

I have been to a lot of Canadian Tire stores in my 60+ years but none as poorly managed as this one. There was only one person handling a long line up of returns. I saw other employees walking around but not one offered to help the woman behind the returns counter. I stood in line for almost 15 minutes while a guy returned multiple items; several of which were not in original packaging. I gave up and went to the car to sit down because the line wasn’t moving. I returned ten minutes later…same guy was still standing to the side waiting for his return to be processed while the guy behind him actually made it up to the counter. The woman employee actually noted that I had nothing to return and told me to go to the green area. I guess she didn’t notice the first time I stood there for fifteen minutes. To get to the green area, from where I was, you had to dart out through the doors as someone entered the store.The green area consisted of lockers. My pick-up wasn’t in a locker! There was no one around…just a black curtain…no one behind there either. I walked freely into that area where online orders were kept…geez, talk about bad security. I walked out the other side of the curtain and there was an employee helping a customer and she looked startled. I told her that this was the most disorganized store I had ever been to. Finally, I heard a voice….it was the Purolator guy and he was peeking through the curtain. I explained my dilemma and he, too, was looking for someone to assist him. He told me he’d find someone to help me.Finally, this guy shows up…may have been a supervisor or manager because he kept apologizing about my situation. He pages someone to come more than once and finally, I get my online order. What kind of a way is this to conduct business? It’s pretty pathetic when you have to get help from a delivery guy, who doesn’t even work at the store. I told the apologetic guy that I will probably never return to that store again! Not only is it poorly organized, with staff that are not deployed appropriately, but there are areas of the store that look messy (stuff opened and tossed on shelves, haphazardly). Canadian Tire Corporate needs to send someone in there to evaluate the operation, especially their online pick-up procedure or the lack of it. Protecting online orders with a curtain?…and you wonder why you have shrinkage issues? Enough said…this doesn’t happen at other locations. Train your management to be run the store efficiently and not just to say sorry for a horrible shopping experience. If you don’t, you will meet the same demise as another large retailer that had to shut down, just southeast of you, in Mississauga. It’s just a matter of time.

Always lots of parking and a good location with a lot around. The staff was very helpful when I was there. I needed something from a locked showcase and was able to find an employee to help quickly. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and polite.

I was here at around 7:40 am in the morning the other day. I headed over to auto and service to get a wipers size for my vehicle. I knew I could search it up but I wanted to be sure. Anyways, I stood there for about 30 mins and 2 staff members ignored me and then I thought maybe they are just super busy. After some time I said excuse me and instead of helping me out the person standing behind the counter said click the button and someone will assist you. Then 2 mins later the same staff member who saw me earlier standing there clearly needing assistance comes and says how can I help you. I said to him did you not see me standing here for the past 30 mins.What do you think I was doing there?Customer service is horrible, you’re supposed to help people when they are standing by the counter not ask them to click a button or even if, you saw me standing there why couldn’t you assist.

Great service and price
