Poor customer service we went to canadian tire to buy the heritage irock as advertised in the flyer but there were no sizes displayed so one of the representative advised us to go to cs counter as they would open the box and show the sizes but when we went there they were not at all interested . They clearly refused and even not shown us something similar to the sizes . If Canadian tire cannot afford to display the sizes, then they might even stop keeping the products. No one is free to fist buy the product , take it home , open it up , find it smaller /bigger and then come back to return.

$1K Oil change/New tire warranty useless - Auto Shop and Tire Warranty is a scam at this location! Wished i read Aman review below! Went for an oil change only for them to advise me I need an oil pan change at $1,000.00. Somehow the thread on the oil pan was ruin (clearly it was over tighten by the mechanic). They stated I couldn't add oil and had to do the repair as drain plug could not be tighten and nothing further can be done....DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! Also I had brought 4 set of tires under warranty less than a year ago and they said i had to pay approx $30/tire for inspection if needs to be replaced (at their discretion)...needless to say i didn't accept as not sure what they will do next to my car or sabotage my tires ...this shop full of scammers and looking for repair work....BEAWARE what they can do to your vechicle!

Employers violate Ontario’s Labor Laws and risk the health and safety of their employees, majority of which are youth, highschool and post-secondary students.
Health and safety risks are present for both staff amd consumers, with a history of mice droppings around the warehouse and retail floor. Fire safety risks have also been present.

Recently got installed new battery for my Volkswagon jetta and such a terrible experience.Before replacing my battery remote starter of my car was working properly and after replacing it with newer one from Canadian tire it stop working.They charged 150$ as a labour cost in which they said to reset codes etc. when i asked them remote starter not working, they told to contact vw service, they r not responsible for it.

Worse place for oil change, please do not come to this location. They have non experienced people working here full of attitude no respect. They tried to charge me for the service that wasn’t for my car and when I correct them they didn’t feel sorry still got attitude. The oil service they did is even worse loosely tighten my car oil base cover that got off in middle of highway. The sticker they stick on my windshield has incorrect km. Even my car mileage is gone worse after that. Very disappointed go to other locations or your local
