I had a bad experience with lady name Angela, who was working as a cashier. She was very rude and didn’t seem to know how to talk to customers properly. She wasn’t helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope she can improve her attitude in the future.

I went there to exchange the size for my daughter’s clothes and the old lady I think her name is ANGELA behaved very rude. They greet the customers nicely when they enter to buy something but they make horrible faces when someone has to exchange something. Leave your job if you don’t like but learn to behave with the customers. That LADY on the cash counter has no knowledge of customer service. This was my last time going to this location.

I had such a unpleasant experience here. Staff named Angela is really unprofessional. She is very impatient and rude. I’ve also seen here few times talking down to other staff members in front of customers, therefore i felt the need to leave a review. I’ve no concerns about other staff members, they are pretty good.

Timings are very poor. Closes at 7pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends.

Purchased some items and when asked to use welcome gift coupon which I just received one day before in the email and says its valid until june 2024, staff made me feel that the coupon is not valid and staff was hesitant to use it on my items and behaved rough and biased while checking out..

The best quality kids clothing ever. My God son has only your products. His jacket u was every single day as you know with a 5 year the jacket gets muddy. This kids grows out every single clothes he has and they still looks like new the colors doesn’t fade the don’t shrink, Carter’s OshKosh thanks for the amazing quality of clothes. I highly recommend.

At Main Street locationSales girl name -VASELIAI went to return puffer jacket which I ordered online..she said it’s looks it’s worn ..but tags are still on the jacket ..all the stickers in place.They should hire staff which are partial with clients..really sad ?

This store always has great selection, is organized, tidy, and clean. The staff is also friendly and kind. I really appreciate that they have a changing room for kiddos including a changing table.
