Had no choice but to shop here today because I was given gift cards for this store… I had the unfortunate happenstance of needing to pee while using the store & the washroom was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in my entire life. Every square inch covered in pee. The smell was overwhelming. This is a public health nightmare

Terrible customer service, rude self-checkout representative, one rep, asked me what do you want when I asked for help with my groceries checkout. Same rep refused to give her name and asked why do I need her name, I found her attitude was rude and this reflects on the store management. Bad location to shop at.

For the corporate bean counters who make the store policies & don't care about customers - well done! You've outdone yourselves. Wonderful job maximizing shareholder value, though, I'm sure. I will try to shop less here in the future, as rewarding these efforts with my business is a slap in the face. Every time an employee is beyond help, blame the bosses. Shop where they care about customers.
