I would give minus if there were a optionBecause they showed 9:30 opening time and there were only one employee holding 17 people in a row and so slow service online and in person as well. Worst bank ever and employees are so rude specially who are on higher post and have individual space area they are supposed to be help the customers but they just sit and made you resolve your problems by yourself then why do we even come to the branch ???

Extremely slow service. Over 25+ people in queue to see bank tellers. 3 of 7 teller windows are open. Manager doesn’t help deplete the line of customers. Manager was called couple of times to assist the tellers but didn’t open a teller window to help make his staff be more efficient. Staff at the tellers explains there is nothing that can be done. Other staff are walking around clicking pens, watching the crowd in amazement. Clients in the line are all disappointed with the quality of service. Do better CIBC!!

Rude and unprofessional advisor! Needs to be trained how to interact with customers and show respect. Behave as if he’s the owner of the bank and can speak to me however he wants. Unfortunately it will be my last time going back to that branch.

This Branch it's the filthiest I've ever seen . ATM drive throw nout of service ..Used to be clean years ago . With the new management and the Cibc recent teenage employees .I would never bank here . Busy in collecting money rather than train and educate staff and to keep this place like before top notch clean . Very sad and disappointed ..wish the Cibc head office take action...????

The worst branch and untrained staff who doesn't have basic knowledge and skills. CIBC should make a note of all complaints and completely change staff or shut down this ridiculous branch forever.

I have visited this branch couple of times for cash withdrawals and other requirements. Last day, Me and my family went to this branch for opening a new account for my wife. Appointment was with Pooja. She was so helpful and nice. Since we went there with our 3 yr old, she gave a colouring book and even assisted our kid with other needs as well. Not to mention about her help regarding our banking requirements.All the members and staff was so nice. Never had any bad experience.

I booked an online appointment to open youth accounts for my children. I was apparently double booked but they found someone to service me which is fine. The issue was I could not open the account because apparently I was missing certain information which was not stated in the email that I need to bring. If I'm booked to open a YOUTH account and I require all of these documents why does the confirmation email say I need to bring a photo ID and proof of address. Obviously my 4 month old baby does not have a photo ID. I was also told I can't not open an account without them physically seeing my 9 yr old even though I have a photo ID for her. It's fine if I need to bring those things for verification but maybe try to include that in your confirmation email. Anyways I left pretty annoyed and most likely won't be opening an account at CIBC.

This is worst branch I've ever been to.Unfortunately I opened my account here, and I have seen poor expertise and very low trained staff here.They are completely clueless on how to do basic stuff. They need to call the customer service everytime.I think other branches are better.Today I also saw another old man (customer) waiting for over an hour waiting to be served. Only when he started shouting at being ignored is when anyone started attending him.I believe this branch suffers because it has a lot of students around this area.I recommend booking at other branches of CIBC and avoiding this branch if you can.
