I had a very bad experience in this specific circle k. It was hot out so I wanted to get myself a slushy. I wanted a small cup, but none of the labelled "small" cup lids would fit. (And all of the cup lids were sticky with other slushy juices) I brought this issue to the person working at the front. And all he said was "I will get it for you". He then proceeded to take my cup from me (with his hands that were not clean) and go through EVERY SINGLE size small cup lid WITH HIS BARE HANDS. To no surprise, none of them fit. He then simply said " sorry I don't know" then handed me back my cup. After touching each lid with his dirty hands. he then walked towards the fountain area for the fountain drinks, pressed on one of the drinks and WASHED HIS HANDS with the drink right into the fountain. (of course from his hands now also being sticky from the all the lids he touched) no joke right in front of me. The washroom was always an option for hand washing! Very gross and disgusting.

Car wash closed everyday before 9pm, excuse is “its not working”.
Customers with monthly subscription should be able to use service anytime.

The Indian guys at the circle k does not know the customer service very rude he discriminate with people but he treat well white and black people sham on such people who discriminate with thier own community

I went to pump my gas here like I usually do since it's right by my house. I put $40 into it, and it completely stopped pumping at $23- I went inside to see what happened and the guy said "oh the money will return to your account in 48 hours"48 hours goes by, I don't receive my $17 back yet. I call the store, and now apparently it's 72 hours, snd I'll get the money back. Honestly that's fine one day wasn't going to kill me right?Well now it has been 2 weeks, and I have yet to receive the money I have payed to this terrible gas station. I've tried calling and they keep hanging up the phone instead of answering it. Do not go here

Decent convenient stores with Tim hortans inside. Restrooms are ok too if you compare with others in the area.

Customer service is zero. Went to car wash and my car still had some spots at the back, wash was not properly done. Told the guy abt the problem and he was rude. I think he needs proper training. Not recomended.

Went for my regular car wash and generated code through the mobile app as I have monthly pass for car wash when I went to car wash it was not working . When I went to store for reimbursement they didnot provide me the code for car wash so I could use in the future .people in the store should understand that we pay for the wash and it’s not free . PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING TO STAFF .

The pumps are well kept and receipt paper is usually stocked. If you're coming in just to get gas, you should have a good experience. If, however, you plan to go inside...you will regret it. The people working are rude and don't care about the customers. They don't understand how to scan items and one refused to give me an item that I actually paid for.
