That Asian auntie at the drop-off was so unnecessarily rude. I just asked a simple question, and she hit me with sarcasm instead of a decent response. Honestly, should’ve just gone to Shoppers Drug Mart instead. Smh.

They don’t know how to do their job i spend 1 hour and 30 minutes for 2 medicine they gave me 1 hour for that and they still asking it’s not ready yet need some more time i saw them just chilling inside not working when i gave them my medicine list that time no one is there for any other medication

I have never had a problem or badexperience. From in person, to phone to ordering on line. The front end staff are wonderful all of them.When I need tp speak to the pharmacist they are very helpful.

Worst Costco Pharmacy in Branpton, their fax system doesn't work most of the time, even if it works they tend to loose the prescription and blame it on the sender. Totally unhelpful and arrogant. When you reach out to them, they hardly entertain you and don't care to either call back the doctor's office/ hospital instead they ask you to sort it out for them as they don't have time, while the patient is suffering in pain. Shoppers Drug Mart is far better, they even called the doctor's office on weekend and sorted out the prescription.

The old pharmacist is very good .. but the new pharmacist is very unfriendly,aggressive؛unhelpful, fanatical and does not want to help anyone .. He does not care about the patients ... He does not have the spirit of the pharmacist, the spirit of medicine to help people .. How do you put such a person like that in this position?
And even when I told him that I will write my ratein the google because of what he say.
. He didn't care about the rate and reviews of the people and say do whatever you want.... Why do you put your business in the google and you don't take any action with such a person like that???... Note all the workers there are very helpful and friendly,except that young new pharmacist.

Great experience so far. Switched to this pharmacy a few years back and have been delighted with quicker wait times (Usually 30-60min vs 1-2h at others) and an easy automated phone-call service for refills. Getting flu shots are simple and fast, with a quick questionnaire sheet. Used to have slight issues with refills via phone-calls when I picked up the prescription but they're getting better at it now.
