The employee who attended me at the book store today had a terrible attitude and very bad customer service, I would not buy there again just because of the bad experience.

Terrible experience. Ordered a mandatory book for my course. it was sold out and only available for backorder. I still ordered the book hoping it would only take roughly a week or two to come in. After a week I called the bookstore on a Tuesday or Wednesday and explained the situation and was told that 7 books were ordered and I would definitely be getting one of the seven books and it would most likely arrive at the bookstore by Friday. The following Monday when my status was updated to still being backordered I talked to a different employee who was incredibly rude, cut me off when I was explaining the situation. When she looked into the book she said that she did not know if they would even be getting anymore books in and told me to just order the E-Book instead for $90 when the paperback was only $60. In the end I cancelled my order and just ended up ordering the book off Amazon.

Extremely poor experience. Multiple employees told me different information to the same issue. One employee advised me to have someone else use my id, pretend to be me, to pick up my order instead of just having me authorize a pick up person. Additionally, without my agreement they shipped an order instead of pickup, and when the tracking number did not exist- they informed me there was no way of tracking it or looking up the shipping as it had been done with no paperwork for shipping????
