Worst delivery company in Canada. They charge you so much money and cannot deliver for what you pay. The drivers do not come to your address that's on the package and further put in a note that the address is incorrect. Very unprofessional. Please do not use DHL to send packages to love ones or business. I've been waiting for my package over 3 days now. In order for me to pick up, they said I have to wait 2 to 3 business days. Very inconvenient.

The worst company ever. I placed an order from Shein ten days ago, and the order came from Shein and was delivered to this company. It should reach me two days before, but up to this moment I have not received anything. I am contacting them, but to no avail. I am very upset about the matter. This company has no responsibility

these guys are never on time and if they are they are as late as possible. why should any one pay 20$ more for shipping when it takes as long as the others because their express is more like normal shipping but you get key down. I'm always checking the tracking and expecting things to be received at a normal time in the day or the day they say are delivering. Nope disappointment.

Ordered something from amazon, and chose express shipping to get it quicker. I did not choose DHL and cringed when I saw that they were the carrier. I have never had a positive experience with them. Regardless, I filled in the signature release and asked that it be left at the front door of my building. Was supposed to arrive between Oct 17-19. Delivery was attempted Oct 20, but the delivery driver called my unit and I was not available to answer, so it was not delivered. Fine. I get the text saying it couldn't be delivered, and clicked on the link that brought me to their website, where there was an option to pick up my package instead. I chose that option, and selected my local UPS store as a pickup location. Updated tracking info said it would be there Oct 23 (which rendered me paying amazon for express shipping useless, but ok.)Today (Oct 25) I receive a text finally from DHL that they have an incorrect address and the package can't be delivered. Um, what??? Your website offered me the option of the local UPS store; how can the address be incorrect (I have checked the address, and it is correct.) Also no delivery was attempted here today, as I've been home all day and there has been no phone call from the lobby. I'm at a loss as to how they have an incorrect address all of a sudden?Contacted customer service, who said they would contact dispatch and have them drop off the package at the UPS store. When I asked if they could provide a timeline for when it will be available for pick up, I was told that information couldn't be provided, but "I would receive a text when the package is ready for pick-up at UPS" Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!

Gouged for customs fees even though none were due. Was unable to deliver to correct postal address because google maps included the township in its listing. Their system only allows 2 lines for the address, I was told, so expressing the right address is a nightmare.I wonder if they should get out running a business that involves addresses?

Very bad experience with DHL. It’s second time they lost my package and not giving me refund which is very bad customer service. Nobody trying to satisfy the customer. Never gonna go back to DHL

Horrible service. Paid for DHL Express. Package has been tracked as out for delivery since June 25th, 2023. Every time I call customer service they say they need to look into and someone will get back to me in 24 hours. They don't give a crap about their clients. Avoid as much as possible.

This review is not for DHL itself as they have delayed our packages several times. But the review is for their manager Janet, who went above and beyond for our company when DHL did not deliver our packages prior to our event day. She made sure they were delivered within an hour of speaking with her and with just a slight delay we were able to provide our teams with their jerseys.

garbage company. forces you to pay them exorbitant "duties" ($30 on an item worth $5) and when the item needs to be sent back they wont refund the money claiming its the cbsa or some stupid thing. well my credit card bill says DHL so give me my money back you band of thieves

Please do not use DHL services. DHL does not deliver. Their courier sends false not notifications so that they do not have to deliver. They do not care to do the service you have paid for. This will only change if people stop using them and they loose customers.

I had the experience of getting notified that the delivery person with DHL attempted to deliver with no one home at 4:16pm. Low and behold i've been sitting beside the door the whole day. No one attempted to deliver anything. So I immediately contact customer service to be told 'the driver could not get into my building without a buzzer code and that's why'. I LIVE IN A TOWNHOUSE. No buzzer and not an apartment.I asked what is with all of this lying? If the driver indeed just tried to drop off, tell him to come give it as I'm standing at the door. They said he's out of the area now (this was within 10 minutes). The customer service agent is named Yashpal.ABYSMAL.

I always try to get another transporter. Everytime I'm stuck with DHL it's a bunch of lies. "You were not home" I work at home yes I was. "We tried twice" their tracking says onceBasically it's always that and you can't talk to anyone. I'm sure they make money but it's nuts how much they don't care about their reputation. Anyway their reputation is to always have issues.Strong not recommend

Charged me $26.81 IN FEES for a tiny package sent from New York to Toronto. Package contained 80 grams of tea (specialty tea as a gift for someone dear to me) and cost $54 Canadian and free shipping. Taxes, I know I have to pay, but the rest of the fee of 20 bucks? For what?Insane! I've had much much heavier and more expensive items come from California (across the continent) for that much in duties and taxes from other couriers, which was reasonable. But for a tiny bit tea from next door?Always check the fine print when buying online - if shipper has selected DHL ask for other shipping options!
