It was truly a great experience. The customer service that was provided made me hold my believe that honest and people who stick to their words still exist in today’s competitive market. I was told that I will get a rebate from the government after the windows audit but that was rejected because the auditor made a mistake while filing his report. After discussing this matter with Rajat, he made every possible attempt to get me the rebate. I would highly recommend Riti glass and DOORTEK to everyone who are looking to install/upgrade their windows or doors. Once again thank you for the great service and god bless you!

Amazing customer service - I had to get a fire door installed and Sandy helped me to configure exactly what I needed. She was responsive on phone and email and patient with me in making adjustments as site conditions changed. The service was excellent and I am grateful to Sandy and her team for all their help. Highly recommend.

Spectacular fire window at a fair price. They even completed it a week early. I was a little worried as they required full payment in advance.Great product from a well run company, at a fraction of the cost of the US companies.Raj and Sandy were a pleasure to deal with, if you need a fire rated window, don't waste your time anywhere else.

After installing our door in 2020, we had an issue with some air getting thru. I called Doortek & they had Raj call me right away to set up an appointment to come & look at it. Raj came that weekend to look at it, he fixed it right away & said call anytime we have an issue. What great service not to mention how nice Raj is. This is a very reputable company & I highly recommend them. Thanks so much Doortek & Raj ?
