We had a very bad experience with Dreamland Furniture Brampton, they do not have refund or exchange policy. When signing the invoice, please read their policy statement when signing. They never say any thing to you when you’re signing the invoice. They must tell you what you are signing with them that there is no refund or exchange policy. We wanted to return the furniture but they refused. When you deal with them your consumer rights are gone because you’re signing the invoice along with their policy statement which overrides everything. If there was an option to chose 0 star I would have 100% selected that. Worst ever service. Don’t buy from them. The lady name “Rose” she is not at all cooperative.

I booked furniture and didn't took delivery. Later found that due to space need to cancel some order. But sales guy was adamant and repeatedly saying that need to pay cancellation fee for cancelled items.Worst customer service... please donot go to this location.....Zero rating..

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with this furniture store. The service provided was subpar, and there was a notable lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my concerns were not adequately addressed by the management. I expected better service and a more customer-oriented approach. This experience has left me disappointed. No value for money. Specially sales person. Very disappointed. Please very carefully to buy product from store every minute she change prices.Zero rating.They charge a lot then other. I learn lessons from this store that why I write down. Hopefully people see and don’t go for wasting money.She charges me lot of delivery charge and she didn’t give any money back and this store no owner. She thought she is doing everything is right.Don’t go . GO IKEA

They are selling very very cheap quality of furniture.I buy a sofa cost of $800. After one week its showing defects in sitting area, i went to their store with bill,They clearly raise their hands.said cant do anythingI advise to everyone, dont buy anything from this store. Totally waste of money.Better go IKEA

Worst place to shop, never ever come to this place. Booked a mattress, guy told me it will be in store from warehouse in 3 days, Made 100$ deposit and I called back to cancel under 10hours and lady over the phone said,"we dont give refund". and then after argument she said," we only take 25% , I asked ok I deposited 100% keep 25$ and refund 75$ , she said NO!, 25% will be charged of the item that you ordered, I asked where it is written , then she had no answer! They are looters.Hung the phone and when asked let me talk to owner, she said , " We dont involve owner in this matter".ZERO RATING.Mattress is still kn warehouse not even in store for my pickup but they want your money to pay rent.STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Very bad customer service, and this is based on personal experiences. If i could take away the one start, i would.The manager of the store has no customer service skills at all and is unable to resolve issues with customers.How can you give up a $2,800 sale for a baseless, unable to prove police that is not in place for $600?That blew my mind.

Do not fall for their warranties, if you call them again for any minor problem after purchase they will never fix it and will say our supplier cover only manufacturing defects.
