Very bad customer service. If I can give I don’t give even one star to them. The lady at the cash counter was soo rude. She talked to me soo rudely and even did not listen to me what I was saying.Never ever going back to this store.

Tailor or Taylor, I donot know the spelling of her name,she is very good. Very nice customer service skills. I visited the store and she was very approachable.

Just wanted to take the time to share how helpful the staff at this location are. On friday i was shopping and an employee went above and beyond to help me with my task of finding an outfit for a wedding i had. Nothing was fitting me properly and this employee showed me so much kindness and empathy in a time where I was feeling pretty horrible about myself. She was encouraging, and taught me a lot about fashion and kept helping me pull different outfits to try on. I wish I got her name to give her a proper shoutout, but this experience really stuck with me because of her kindness & I will definitely continue to shop at this location :)

Horrible customer service at the Bram location!!! Associates just sit around and talk and do not offer any assistance to the customers. Sizing is terrible and quality is not worth the money!!! Dynamite executives......Wake up, your associates need to be terminated!!!! They do not want to be there nor do they care about customer needs. I spent most of my time trying to locate someone to help me with sizing and to let me into the change rooms. When I needed another smaller size, no support was provided and I was forced to change into my own clothes and get my own size!!! I won't be surprised if they close their doors soon, I get it isn't a bougie boutique, but let's be real, if I am spending my money, then I expect some customer service!!!!

The employees stand around talking to each-other and didn’t help us at all. No hi nothing. So rude. Get more welcoming employees.

The staff did not welcome us, did not even make eye contact while I stood near the change room to try something on - after waiting for about 5 mins with no one coming to help I just left. Definitely not the kind of customer service I receive at Dynamite usually so I was quite surprised.

After searching all throughout the mall and finding nothing flattering to my figure I was feeling pretty dysphoric, I decided to check out Dynamite and right away the staff were very friendly and welcoming and I noticed the shop was quite clean and tidy!What stood out to me was the wonderfully fantastic service by Steph/Stephanie, she displayed a great deal of empathy and understanding when I told her I was struggling to find something that fit, and she made it her mission to find me the perfect birthday outfit, she provided plenty of options for me to try on, and I didn’t have to sacrifice comfort for style either because she was very well informed on the clothing sold there, AND she even helped me accessorize after to really elevate my outfit which truly made me feel like she cared. It is the first time I have ever seen an employee as dedicated, friendly, honest, and compassionate as her. This was a 11/10 guest experience and I totally recommend you visit this store. Thanks so much?

Like other reviewers, I agree the staff is this store needs some coaching tbh. There were 3 cash ladies at front desk when I went yesterday to return my dresses. they were so busy talking and I didn’t fell welcome at all. As there were no customers I could see, I went straight to the cash desk where they were standing, they awkwardly looked at me like I interrupted their chit chat. They stared at me, didn’t really ask or were interested to know if I need any help with something and I felt so uncomfortable. I was there mainly to return the goods, so I initiated that I am here to return these items even then any of them showed interest in assisting me with return. They looked at each other and after like a silent pause one nodded her head to direct me to first register. The lady just scanned my shipping emails and said the amount would go to the original method of payment. I then went to look around the store, asked for help from one of the ladies (most likely Indian) because she started assisting one other customer who was in the fitting room. I liked that she at least help me to get to the fitting room. But nobody came to r check on me if I needed any help. I came out of my fitting room as I needed some pants to try on with the blouses I was trying. The lady was talking to a customer and kept talking, didn’t ask if I need any help. I wasn’t going to waste my time to put my clothes back on and go out to get the items and come back to try them on again. I’m not complaining that she should’ve left the other customer to help me but I store was empty, the other associate could’ve come to check. I just left out of frustration. AND then I went home, looked at the return confirmation emails and the lady did it wrong. I left the items with tags, no issues, within 10 days of purchase and she issued the refund in the gift card. I had to call their help desk to get this sorted out. Really disappointed with their staff and service, will not be going back.

This review doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of clothes from Dynamite, but everything to do with the quality of service at the Bramalea location. I was in the store for over 30 minutes - looked around, tried on a few different outfits, etc. and NOT ONCE was I greeted or spoken to by a staff member. I looked for all sizing on my own and I had to let myself into the change rooms on my own (there was nobody at the entrance and I was not asked if I needed a fitting room after standing by them for 3-4 minutes). I needed help with a few other sizes, but no staff was around to help with this. I was so discouraged by the lack of care and attention from the Dynamite team that I decided to leave instead of buying the things I actually liked in the fitting room. When I was leaving, I walked passed the cash to see 3 or 4 staff members chatting and none of them even took a second to say goodbye on my way out. Horrible service here.. I would recommend going to any other location.

I went with my sister to return the jean that she bought and they said it can’t be refunded but only exchanged just because It had no tag on it even though I had the receipt and if that wasn’t bad enough, the black and plump girl came from back and she was pretty rude and unprofessional. Worst experience

I received a pair of pants yesterday which I bought two days ago, it was a disaster to say the least. The purchaser must have been worn this a million times before returning this item to the store for repurchasing. The first thing I noticed once taken from the bag, not steamed and the colour was washed out ( very pale green). Upon looking further all areas on the garment had excessive bubbles, concentrated heavily between the leg area. This item was returned to the Bramalea City Centre location for return. Thanks to Dynamite for selling me garbage

Dynamite has become do uninspired. They used to be my go to for nice work wear that is also modern. Now they have started cutting off pieces of clothing that shouldn't be cut off at the office. Keep Garage and Dynamite separate!
