My son was in need of a new pair of shoes for lacrosse. From the moment we walked in Maya was there to help us. From listening to his needs, to sizing him up she found the perfect pair for him. That being said… Maya was an absolute pleasure to deal with taking our experience to the next level. Job well done! We’ll be back to shop again!

I will not be returning to Bramalea city centre footlocker again the manager, Samantha was extremely rude and obnoxious I asked her for a shoe size for my child and she kept ignoring me and rolling her eyes as if I was bothering her When I was just asking for help with a shoe.
Her customer service behaviour was disgusting she doesn't deserve a position as a manager just to treat customers like this. Also, her choice of shorts For Work is Inappropriate and extremely short, my child doesn't Need to see that kind of image when he goes to shop. Please tell Samantha to stop wearing booty shorts to work. Its not a pretty sight for shoppers absolutely disgusting behaviour and inconsiderate.

Today Im so Happy to say that there is still hope for experiencing a good Customer Service.
Paul, Miea and Aiden are a good team, Excellent Customer service, they greeted us with a good smile and end the sale with a warm “Thank you!”.
Thank you! Guys for helping us get the shoes my son needs.
Hope the Company recognize this 3 Wonderful staff.

I was there yesterday with my daughter, and when we asked the employee about help with the available size, he was rude and treated me badly and said I will not say my words twice. We did not hear what he said the first time because the place was crowded and the music was there, and when we asked him to repeat what he said, his manner was very bad. How does he treat customers who are accustomed to good treatment from this respectable company?

0 starts.they gave me wrong size of shoes and when I went to store to return it manager showed so much attitude.we didn’t wore the shoes for once expect we tried it once we get home. It’s your fault to give us wrong shoes and don’t show attitude you feel sorry for it. Then he came me wrong number for customer service. And you refused to take it back the manager just took shoes from me put it in the bag and handed it back to me.0 service,0 for customer service and you gotta listen what customer are asking for not even handing out wrong sizes. And you have to wait because sales people are so busy in chit chatting with each other but not customers. You browse yourself you wait and you get wrong pair .
