Worst experience ever upon asking a simple question to the girl working at fitting rooms. She replied can you not read the sign. Is this how these girls reply to their customers?? Please do something better while hiring such people and teach some manners to talk to customers. That girl should be fired immediately. She was giving the worst attitude to all the customers. If you don’t want to work there, please leave that opportunity for the more deserving employee who actually wanna care for customers.

The cashier by the name of “Nithu” was beyond kind and helpful! She not only provided great customer service but also went out of her way to help! Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. She helped me on November 3!

I don’t know the last time I shopped for myself at an actual mall, since buying online is so convenient these days, especially with two little ones at home.
I decided to head to the mall this Saturday evening, arriving at 8pm.
I wanted a few simple tract suits for fall & winter.
I headed to my section and in just a few minutes I had two arms full of things to try on.
I asked the nearest sales lady if there was a cart I could toss my stuff in so I didn’t have to hold it all.
She politely replied no, but offered to help me to take all the hangers off of the items i planned to try on.
And also to WAIT for me if I wouldn’t be much longer, and assist me in bringing all my items to my change room.
What!? Who does that? She was SO SO SWEET!
Then, another gentleman who worked there assisted in getting me a sweater up high in which he needed his tall pole to get, and he did it with a smile. Not as if I was a bother. Which is common from a salesperson these days.
When I proceeded to the change room with two very full arms of clothes to try at almost 840, the girl was so polite.
We chuckled over my mountain of clothes to try on, and she told me she’d never seen anyone try on so many items in such a short time.
(I took almost all items I tried) LOL.
She again wasn’t annoyed, even though I arrived 20 mins before closing.
The cashier. Also super sweet girl. Even though I’m arriving to cash out at 9:05pm. The store is literally closed.
She had almost 15 items to scan and to individually add the sale price for each.
Again, smiled and even made conversation.
I told the manager who was at the front desk that she had a very lovely, and pleasant staff. She was thrilled, but I’m sure not surprised to hear it.
And that’s why I’m writing this review at almost 1am. Because I felt it was absolutely necessary after such a pleasant experience.
Helpful staff with sizing, even going into the men’s section to find me a plain pair of black tract pants because the women’s didn’t have many sizes left. Great staff, lots of smiles, great shopping experience!!
6 Tract suit sets, and two bodysuits later, all for under $160!!
They have such good deals on right now!!!
Will go back again soon for sure! Cheers

I would like to shout out barbara at forever 21 who had exceptional customer service skills and went above and beyond for me, today.With all the staff here at forever 21, she was the only one who took time out to accompany me one on one to find what I was looking for and i'm so grateful. She made this experience so amazing. Barbara, thank you for a great experience.

Today I purchase some stuff from your store but the people in cashier department really rude. they do not know how to deal with the customer there are 3 people in the billing area but the customer are still waiting and there’s girls are not willing to work .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She threw the packed clothes towards me in a very careless manner and the billing process. And date is 09/14/2025 and timing 12:15 PM

Incredible and affordable place! Double level with the cutest bathing suits currently on the lower level. Upper level is super nice too, with a great shoe section.

I want to give a Zero Star to this location because of that lady on the counter Name Niko she’s working there as a store manager but doesn’t know how to treat their customers. If someone is nice to you please be nice to others as well.

As we all are aware, that many people have poor hygiene. So it's very important for under garments bought and worn by others not to be resold at the store. Although I wash everything I purchase first. I'm mentioning this, since I witnessed someone who's scent was very unpleasant returning bodysuits and swimwear That's ridiculous. I'm ready to do a petition against this
