We have been coming to this dealership for over 10 years and the service is truly amazing! Whether we need car service or a purchase, Ramsey and Roy are always there! We recently purchased our third car from this dealership with the help of our newest friend Roy Marlow, sales and leasing consultant. Roy as well as other staff assisted us in the transition to a new car and the service was amazing! They helped us every step of the way, making the process smooth and simple and were very kind. Not only did I leave the dealership with a new Chevrolet Trax 2024 , but I also left feeling confident in my decision and satisfied with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. In 2021, I met with Amrit Singh, sales consultant. As a full time parent, I was on a very tight budget and nervous about purchasing a vehicle. My experience with Amrit was absolutely positive. He showed me a couple of vehicles with low, manageable bi-weekly payment, he was patient and personable not pushy and helped me through the entire process. I was then introduced to Rex Pryce, the Finance Manager, and he was just as helpful, helped me with the financing and warranty that was manageable within my budget.I financed a 2019 Chevrolet Trax with low mileage, some warranty left on the vehicle, no accidents, and in excellent condition both inside and out, not a scratch on it, looked like brand new. This vehicle was perfect for my every day needs –work, shopping, taking my son to school, etc. From the day I drove the Trax off the lot, it was the best decision and I am grateful to Amrit and the Frost GM team! By far they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this dealership. Check out this dealership for a new or used vehicle and tell Amrit I said hello.

Tajay showed us multiple vehicles within our budget and finally got us into a car which matched our high expectations!The entire team over at Frost GM were super helpful and friendly also! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Frost GM in Brampton, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from them, and what followed was a series of unprofessional incidents that left me thoroughly dissatisfied.The initial problem arose when a defective part in my Chevy led to a recall. Unfortunately, the required replacement part was on back order for nearly three months. This extended waiting period left me in a predicament, as I was paying for a vehicle I couldn't even enjoy.Feeling stuck and receiving no support from GM or Frost GM during this time, I made the decision to transfer the lease to someone willing to wait for the part. Little did I know that the ordeal was far from over. After multiple calls, the lease transfer was eventually processed. However, to my dismay, I discovered two weeks later that the vehicle was still registered under my name after the vehicle was released by the dealer to the new owner as per the finance team. This not only exposed me to liability for damages but also added another layer of frustration to an already exasperating situation.Regrettably, the handling of this matter by both GM head office and Frost GM was unprofessional at best. The lack of communication, support, and follow-through only exacerbated my dissatisfaction.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to explore alternative dealerships when considering a GM purchase. The unprofessionalism exhibited by Frost GM and GM head office has left a lasting negative impression.

I am changing my rating to reflect my experience with the sevice center. They broke alot of stuff on my 2019 camaro when they changed the convertable top. They did fix some stuff they broke on the interior. But not all. Was in the shop 3 times to get the car in a acceptable condition. I stoped trying to get everthing they broke fixed. Wasnt worth the effort. The first repair was sent out and it came back with crow bar marks, broken pannels and a trunk that looked like they stuffed it full or stood in it. Also a hole in the interior roof liner. Second time they did themselves they changed the roof liner but the string was tied or glued creating a bulg in the line that couldn't slide tight so the liner had big gaps. Also they fixed the crow bar marks on the window trim The third time they replace a small plastic panel above the windows that was broken off from the install. . . Wasnt perfect but at this point acceptable. Then after all that trouble the new top came with one year warranty and would you know it, after one year and a few months the exact same issue came back. The rear window was and is again delaminating. I went to service to see if they could help. The guy was rude and never called me back or e mailed me to let me know what my options were. I found the pannel to be broken after all that trouble. I kept hearing alot of squeaking and I found 4 of the plugs and slide setups that holds the rear panels on where broken off and not holding the panel at all. I bought two vehicles from this location with in a year of each other. One cash. I love the sales team but the sevice center is the reason I may never consider this location on my next purchase.This guy lies no one ever reached out to me.
