I went there and just wanted to exchange, but the lady who worked there was so pushy for buying and said I can't do anything. Come again and change with the same salesperson who cash out... that lady was so arrogant and judged the customer that if we didn't buy from the store, she was making a face ?
Please don't go there they don't know customer service...

Really really disappointed with the service of this store.its zero star service , the lady Lina don’t kno how to deal a customer,My husband bought a dress for me , but it does not fit on me , when we go to exchange they are literally saying we don’t know what to do , after talking with 2 to 3 ladies on phone , finally gave us credit . And then she was like sorry next time if it’s happened we can’t do anything ! And even she did not give me any receipt she is like we can’t do anything And when next time we went there again the other lady saying we don’t know what to do with this credit , like seriously men , if you don’t kknow what to do why you are here, why you waisting person, s time .If you really cares about time and money , don’t ever visit this money minded people ‘s store

Too over priced and pushy sales women. Their website has lower prices than what they sell at store. I bought a top for 60$ and it is $20 in their website. Nothing but cheating. I dont suggest to buy here. Regretting my purchase

Maria the owner is very pushy..she told me she would alter a dress. I changed my mind 15 minutes after l purchased the dress cash in full. She wouldn't give me my $200 back. Please save your money. Shop somewhere else. You have to purchase before your told on the receipt has no refunds?
