( STORE MANAGER ) The store manager who was working on 11/18/2024 at 8:30pm is the rudest women i have encountered.
She has had no custom service training and has a very big attitude problem - she seems a very miserable and negative person.
i noticed there are many reviews about this specific women, i truly have no idea how she is still in this position.

I am an Indian, and i hate to say this - the Indian Staff at this store has butchered the customer service and the whole buying experience.
I selected a Hoodie and presented my gift card to be scanned, which did not go through for some reason. The cashier called the Manager on Duty (Priyanka) 4 times and she took almost 25 minutes to come to the cashier, just to approve the manual payment through gift card. Once the payment was done - neither the cashier nor the MOD had decency to say a sorry for the inconvenience.
Someone make them adapt, or they will just kill this brand and this store.

Worst customer service.
Manger’s attitude was like i don’t care.
I hope someone read this and take some action on the manger.
Even staff is afraid to give her name when asked.

Terrible service. Fitting rooms were a mess. The employee told everyone to choose a room they wanted but didn’t clear any of the clothes or hangers left from previous customers.

September 5- 5pm: I was so hesitant to get cashed out by the Indian associate because I can see she was dealing with the same customer for the past minute or so while her coworker (Caucasian) was cashing out her customers much faster and efficiently (props to her because she greeted each and every guest and thanked the guest for coming to the store). I wanted to pay for my items with a $100 bill but she refuse to take it because she said “I don’t THINK I have enough change for you”, I then asked if her coworker might have enough change in her till and she said the same thing “I don’t THINK she will have enough”- I’m sorry (for her), but a language barrier should not complicate your customer service. The Indian associate should have told me that we cannot accept it because of such rules- instead she told me “it’s obvious that I cannot take $100”- I gave her the benefit of the doubt by telling her “oh sorry, I will just pay debit because it wasn’t obvious for me” if she wants to inform the guest of the store’s rules, then maybe she should have not said “oh no, I meant it’s obvious to me and not you to accept the $100”- it’s so rude to even talk to a customer while rolling her eyes. Please retrain non-domestic associates customer service and proper business language when working in a retail business- because this should be OBVIOUS.

I shopped here yesterday and it was not busy however four staff members walked past me , some even made eye contact. Yet no one greeted me, asked if I needed help. Disappointing.

To be honest the service of this store is worse! As they do not match the online price but in other store of H&M they use to match the price. I don’t understand what is going on in the store because i thought that all terms & conditions are same in h&m store

Worst customer service. We went there to return one set and the employee was rude and denied the return or refund and the manager came and also started defending their employee. Never gonna visit this store

Manager was super rude (fat brown girl). We went in to return an item and she said it was dirty and cannot return it. There a was not even a single stain on it. She was acting as if she owns H&M. She needs customer service training for sure.
