Very bad experience. The staff don’t know how to talk to customers and have zero customer service skills. Extremely unprofessional behavior. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a retail store.

Zero star, i bought two pants and they didnt removed the tag from one pant. So i have to attend party due to which i tried myselft and it got damaged little bit and next day when i went to return or exchange they denied my request.

I had the most humbling and truly exceptional service from an employee named Priscilla at this location. This is only the second H&M store I've ever set foot in, but let me tell you, you've made a customer for life. She went over above and BEYOND to find me a product I wanted that wasn't in stock and just engaged me so positively through out the whole experience. She deserves a raise and you are so lucky to have her working with you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart...

Horrible customer service they had forgotten to remove a security tag off of a pair of boots and when I took it back, they refused to do so even with proof of purchase horrible, horrible location horrible customer service. I can’t stress that enough. I hope that this location closes down, honestly.

We had such a disappointing experience on this location today. One of the employees was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we asked for assistance finding something that we lost which was actually ours and not even the stores, they responded dismissively and just told us to look for it ourselves when they should be the ones helping like his just there standing doing nothing the least they can do is speak properly and advise on how we can sort this out but instead just answered in such a stupid manner.
Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this visit left such a bad impression. I hope the management addresses this issue and works on it…..
