Prices are crazy, $4 for a used outlet that isn’t even $2 at a hardware store, bag of insulation they claimed was “it has whatever it says is in the bag” missing over half the pieces and wanted more than it’d cost to buy a whole bag in store

Overall they have great product within the store with great prices and very likeminded, excellent staff. Cassidy was great help and it is nice and refreshing to see someone put so much effort in customer service and ensuring I was properly helped throughout my time there. I'll be returning more, thanks Cassidy for the great experience furniture shopping!

Yes, they have lots of God stuff at amazing prices. But the staff...they are even more amazing. Actively helpful and sharing tips and, just plain pleasant to deal with! Love them 😍

Habitat for humanity Brampton Re store center was indeed a place to be when it comes to volunteering service because the staff are well accommodating and awesome.

As many of the other reviews has stated the prices in this store is ridiculous, I showed the staff there the brand new price in home Depot and rona is half of what they are charging and they said that's their price. This is all donated products habitat did not buy them why are they charging more than the retailer. A shower head at regular price at Rona for 35 this store selling exact product 55. Light fixture 13 dollar home Depot this store 15. Lots more should have taken pictures.Some scam is going on at this store.

I would like to take this time to share my experience that I received at this location regarding a fan that I was going to purchase for a very sick friend that cost $45 but I didn't have enough money on me so I asked the manager marina if I could purchase the fan for $38 because I told her I had $28 in my bank account and $10 cash on me and she said no she could not do that after explaining to her that my friend is going through some Cancer treatments but she still denied the purchase of the fan but shame on you {marina }and I will also share my experience with head office and I hope that all charities and customers will STOP supporting this location after what I have experience from a organization that depends on charities but not there to support a cancer patient SHAME SHAME ON THIS MANAGER MARINA it's so hard to believe but I know God will forgive you Thanks
