Amazing customer service especially from this girl
Named may she helped me with my clothing needs and we talked a bit while we were at it. Who would’ve known I’d have this much in common with her. She is so nice and amazing very cool possibly the best person to ask for any of ur needs at that store. 5/5 experience I am definitely going to return and I hope may is gonna be there to assist me. P.S if ur reading this may I think ur really pretty and would love to take u out some day, email me please

Many of the items were not in store that you see or advertised online for store availability. Felt like it's more like an out dates model of clothing or things that will go on clearance.

I love the clothing they carry however the majority of the staff working at this location appear incompetent, immature and not knowledgeable to display even the basics of customer service. They all congregate behind the register, no onr in the store front to assist. The VERY young adult who claimed he was the store supervisor was unaware of his own policies, sending me away to contact customer service only to return back to the store and finally receive a refund. He was unapologetic, lacked communication skills, nodding his head yes and no to questions, not confident in his answers. He was actually quite annoying now thinking of the situation. Hollister is a brand or at least used to be one know for well made, higher end casual but trendy clothing for teens, people in thier 20's even 30+ but the standards displayed by some of the staff definitely make the store and brands reputation seem "cheap". Hollister beware of who you hire!

I felt very bad, I picked one perfume from men section for myself “Late Night Drive”. My sister has visited us and I brought her for shopping and she was in trial room to try some dresses. And, I started looking for a ladies perfume for her in ladies section. I put “Late night drive” in my back jeans pocket. One of the worker came in and asked to handover the perfume to them, they will keep it at the counter, when I’ll checkout they will give it to me at that time. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable of standing anymore in the store. I asked my sister to leave everything there and we are not gonna buy anything from the Holister. I’m not bigger selector of brands. But Holister is my always wearing thing. But for the rest of my life, you’ll not see me in any Holister store. Time and date of the incident is 21 Oct 2024 and 02:00 pm to 02:30 pm

Hate being negative but I went in today and it looks like they re-branded. Everything in there was terrible. Hollister was my go to store. Very upsetting and not a fan what so ever.

I went today near about 1.50 pm . Cashier behaviour was really bad . We spent money at least she can assist us properly. I really recommend that lady to change her attitude otherwise no one want to come to this location. I can rate them 0 if its in option in customer service.
