I used this company to move a motorcycle from Ottawa to Windsor Ontario. They picked up the bike and it was damaged when I received it. They said they would take care of the damages have yet to hear from them back and this was in Easter 2021.We were in contact I found them cheap parts to fix my motorcycle Still yet do anything about their negligence.Now they won't even answer the phone when I call.The company I went through originally was called Uship.And they're saying they have nothing to do with the situation it's all on the moving company they're just the middleman.I would never ship with these people again They have nothing but lie to me And I'm pretty sure they didn't even pay the driver.Hopefully they finally respond back to me with a new Fender for my motorcycle.

This company has by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They actually kept the keys to my vehicle and will not give them back after repeated phone calls and emails. They avoid my phone calls, it is surprising how they actually make any money. NEVER use this company, very unprofessional and they never listen to your requests and do things on their own time

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I WISH THEY COULD BE SHUT DOWN OR BURNED TO THE GROUND FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!! These people are the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of couple you could ever do business with! The are RUDE, LYING, CONS! I got sent a quote after searching on Shipmyride website and thought it was reasonable so I opted to use them. I was told my car would be picked up from my use before I moved out of Edmonton to Toronto..this didn't happen. I was told on the day of my flight "our driver won't be able to pick up from you house, drop the car at XXX." When I got to XXX, that company moved from that address two years ago. Okay, no big deal. I was then told, "since you have a flight to catch, leave the car at JetSet parking in the airport and we'll pick up the car from there." After 2weeks and $200 in parking fees my car is still in Edmonton and I'm living in Toronto paying hundreds of dollars/week for car rentals. Oh, and did I mention they haven't answered or returned any or my calls??? PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DAMN COMPANY!!!! YOUILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STILL WONT GET ANYTHING!!!!! I still have not heard anything from them.

Had my entire home, small office and 3 cars shipped from Toronto to Edmonton. I thought the service was actually very good. Pricing wise, yeah it did cost me, but when a home, small office and 3 cars are involved including packing, etc. A price tag is something to expect.Overall very good service with no damages.

Horrible communication. Adised it would be 6-8 days delivery. No update from company after 6 weeks and they stopped taking calls until police were involved then made up stories about family emergencies delaying shipment... Ryan and Albert were impossible to speak to and painful to deal with when they do answer the phone.

Seriously read all of these reviews, I wish I had. This company is terrible and if I had any free time I would be in court with them right now. The owner has NO care at all for any issues and encourages the clients to go and complain because no one will read it. I have been awaiting a call back about $150 worth of damages (I payed for insurance) for 4 weeks calling 3 times a week!!!. I am being entirely blown off by them. On top of this, the vehicle was late, it was damaged, and the trucker brought in a cop following him for dangerous driving. He had no way of getting it off of his truck (NO RAMPS) and was "out of it" possibly intoxicated. J an J took NO responsibility for this and just basically called me a whiner and told me that it was fine I had a bad experience because it wouldnt stop people from using thier company. They have avoided me like little children and refuse to even talk to me and tell me that they will or wont pay it. These guys are terrible and whoever is running this company ought to just step down and sell it for scraps cause this piece of crap company is just going to keep screwing people over until its incompetent managers reallize they cant cut it in the moving business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE!! I SINCERELY REGRET NOT READING REVIEWS PRIOR.

This company is without a doubt the worst moving company I have ever used. First, they agreed to show up on the 28th, then called the day of the move to say they couldn't come until the 3rd of the next month (causing huge problems from the place we had to leave). Then they were suppose to show up at 10am, but didn't show up until after 3pm. Then, it took them 3 weeks to get our stuff (from Ontario to another province) out to us and when it arrived, they had subcontracted another carrier. Not only was much of our stuff damaged, but they also failed to deliver items that were on our inventory list, for example, the bed frame didn't make it but the mattress did!!! When we called about where it was, they wouldn't answer our calls, and when we finally got through to them using a different phone, they basically just laughed at us and called us liars. Trust me, if you use this company, you will be sorry!!!!
