KD Auto is honestly one of the worst auto shops I’ve ever dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I called ahead, explained everything clearly, and we agreed on a price. I even drove a long distance based on that deal.
But when I arrived, they suddenly claimed “we made a mistake” and tried to charge me double the price. No apology, no responsibility, no professionalism. They didn’t care about the time I wasted or the effort I made coming all the way there.
This behaviour is shameful and shows 0% customer service. If you value honesty, respect, and fair treatment, stay far away from KD Auto.

I have been bringing my vehicles for service and repairs here for over 10 years now. Gershan and the group of mechanics here are friendly, trustworthy and very reliable. They do a great job and at very good prices! I moved to Woodbridge, but drive back to this location, even for a simple oil change, because I know they do an honest job, every time! I highly recommend this place for all your car maintenance and repairs.

The repairs don't last even a week after getting the issue fixed. If you take your vehicle back, they charge you extra to get the same issue resolved and give you a brand new reason - this has happened to us twice unfortunately

Worst customer service, they think they are doing us a favor by doing work...... RUDE owner, who needs to be humbled by someone soon.
+ Even if he looks as your car he consider it as service and will charge you $40. ( Will not inform you beforehand)
