i was impressed how fast they did rust proofing on my nissan leaf , afterwards i had to reinstall engine splash shield . when car was raised found that left side of the car , under the door is completely dry , no trace of rust proofing applied . i had to buy two cans of crown and to treat those areas by myself , i did not trust them to give them my car again... i will probably do crown treatment on this car next year again , but not on this place .

Bad service, Krown proofing said that their chemical is harmless rubbers but my van’s hood seal made by rubber were damaged after proofing and they do not agree to fix

I have been a customer of known rust at this location for longer then 10 years with more then 7 vehicles at a locked in price . Those prices have changed every year in the past 5 years . Had a really good relationship with the son but ever since the owner stepped in ( his father ) which is very rude the relationship has plummeted, customer service from the father is at a poor rating and now his son is starting to follow . I will no longer being taking my vehicles to this location . The past 5 years has issues with the management and pricing each year. Sad to see when the ego rises when business grows . Sorry , from a loyal customer to rather pay regular price at a different location.

I've been coming to Krown Rust Proofing on Rutherford for over 7 years with multiple vehicles, and they’ve consistently delivered top-notch service. Their team is professional, informative, and generous in applying the rust protection coating. I've brought in everything from my BMW M4 and X5 to our Lexus ES and GS—and thanks to their thorough work, all our vehicles have remained rust-free despite age and mileage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the honest advice they provide. Highly recommend them and will definitely keep coming back year after year!

Excellent customer service and very welcoming. It was my first visit to this business, as a friend recommended it. They took great care of the vehicle and walked me through the entire process. A shout-out to Aaron, who took the extra care to go over everything on my car, as it's an older model (2010). He even took some pictures underneath the car to show me what was going on. The car is in great condition and the services they offer will help extend the life of the vehicle. I will be back with my other vehicle and look forward to the same level of service.

I have been using krown rust proofing for the last 5 years the staff at the Brampton location are very friendly and professional the service of my SUV is well taken care of the only thing I wish is that they offer a window sticker afterwards can't find one eney where to display

First time at Krown (I had been going to a different place in Milton before). The service and communication were good and I'm satisfied with the whole interaction.

Jim Challis. I come here from Wasaga Beach because if this isn't the best Krown facility, I can't imagine what more someone could do to make it better. I've been coming here since 1987 with 6 different vehicles when I lived close by. I tried other Krowns twice and was very unhappy with the results. Brampton Krown floods your vehicle with a team of employees who grease the drilled holes and apply the product generously. That's really important and different from other franchises. The facility is clean and bright. The coffee is good and plentiful. The staff are really friendly. You can trust Krown Brampton.

If I could put zero stars I would this is the worst krown rust in the GTA no one should come here there is no customer service skill and they lie I went to get my car rust proof the lady told me it would be a half hour wait I said ok I also asked if they rinse under the car before they spray oil she said no so I said ok I’m going to get a car wash il be back. I come back half hour later now the lady at the front and the owner are both telling me it can’t be done now it’s to late it’s 4:20pm on google it says they close at 5pm if you say you are closed at 5pm that means customers can still come in till 5pm he said we start packing up from 4:30pm so if that is the case you should close at 4:30 why say 5pm if you’re going to be extremely rude and this is coming from the owner of this franchise i would recommend no one to ever go here they need to learn customer service and time management
