Gave me a shot at the door but would not sell me wine because I looked too young. I’m 27. Not coming back.

I visited this store. Your cashier ( NEELAM) denied that you can’t buy two packs of bear. She don’t know how to treat customers. We are Very disappointed from her service. I hope you will consider my opinion.

Who would have known that the liquor store handed out frequent flyer miles with every purchase? This location offered a wide selection of beverages not always seen in other locations. We enjoyed the broad selections of Gin and hard ciders, thought the American whiskey selections were kinda hilarious. Awesome.

Black cashier (forgot her name) finds the need to id me every time even though I’ve been there multiple times and she’s seen me and knows my age (I’m almost 30 years old). People like this shouldn’t be working in customer service jobs. Maybe in the back where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Ridiculous

Rita the cashier at Steeles and 410 is a great worker. She is friendly and professional. She knows all the products in the store and is very helpful in recommending drinks that goes well with different foods. Some comments on here by various Males are rude. I have never found her to be anything but professional, happy and helpful. She knows where everything are in the store and is very familiar with each product. I have witnessed some customers who have made rude comments to her and she will be professional in redirecting her comments. She has a great customer service attitude. I have never witnessed her to be rude. She is a very pleasant person. Those Males are the ones that are rude and disgusting. Great work Rita in being pleasant and providing great customer service. I always look forward to coming in the store because she give great recommendations. Kudos to Rita. Buy to the haters!

My friend Ulysses recommended I visit this store, which I did. It was also recommended that I ask for the assistance of an employee named Rita. My request was complicated, which is why I needed help. Rita was superb. Rita delivered white-glove customer service. Rita was especially helpful in answering all my wife's questions. I highly recommend this store. I further recommend that you ask for Rita, as she is clearly on her game and will treat you well.

Very aggressive place torwards parents with kids and very unhelpful.Parents know this, sometimes kids can give you a hard time. And you as a parent try your very best to keep your kids under control as not to disturb others around you having a shopping experience.Last late evening (march 25 2023) I decided to go to the LCBO at steeles & 410 Brampton to pickup a bottle of wine. I bring my two little kids with me so they get out the house after a raining cold day thus giving Mommy a little bit of a break. For whatever reasons and no more than 4 to 5 minutes kids where ressleess crying and bugging each other as I was trying to comfort my kids so I can resume my quick wine shoping, the Store manager and 3 of her stuff sorounded me and my two little kids in an aggressive tactical fashion just to take things to an all new level of difficulty giving me an ultimatum. "Me you kids quiet or leave this place. You are upseting others customers" the store manager said. The place have at that moment like 40 other customers many looking young and in need to be carded,I personally have never seen stuff at this location or any other LCBO location move on some one shoplifting that alone on a customer like my self. This place seem safe I just never thought I would have to be on the lookout from the stuff themselves. After all they move on me the 43 years old guy and his two little kids 3y and 7y.In contrast other business at similar level would offer help to parents with kids in the form of distraction for the kids, coloring pages, balloons etc. To promote the shopping experience.Should the tax we pay for alcohol and the revenue that the LCBO generates pay for this very minuscle courtesy? So parents be warned!!

You want alcohol and you get it what else you need?❤️ One suggestion is workers should at least know which spirit is where... when i asked for vodka the guy was looking into my eyes like why you had to ask me? they should have basic knowledge of alcohol✌️
