Rona+ has same worst costumer service as Rona. No one is there to help you.Lowes was far better, but since the change to Rona+ no one can expect better service.

The customer service experience at this Lowe’s location was exceptional. I was helped by Sheryl, Melinda and Neha who were very knowledgeable and patient, they made choosing Levalor blinds for our house a breeze. I followed their instructions for taking measurements to get a perfect fit and I could install them with ease. The project worked out great - Thanks!

Been here several times with no issues, today was much different. Bought a tarp that rang up wrong. Went back to the section to take a picture of the tag, showed the cashier at self checkout. Her name was Venus. After convincing her she tells me to go back and remove the sticker... Shocked I asked her if she can get someone else to go as I've already made the trip several times. Then she tells me well don't get mad if you have to wait. Shocked and in a rush I just said fine I'll go get the sticker. As I was gone she continued her condescending banter with my wife saying she hopes we're not disappointed, my wife explained that yes we are disappointed, disappointed in the lack of customer service to which Venus replied no you're the he problem. Can't say I've never had anyone say that to me before. Extremely disappointing

Similar to Home Depot and RONA storesPros : Large space, ample parking spots, highway 410 connectivityCons : No tool rental services, only carpet cleaner rental availableEither you go for RONA or LOWES. Prices too more or less are same

Amazing location! Josh was so helpful in the plumbing department and friendly! Tamar was so knowledgeable about the paint department and willing to help out! Alona had stellar customer service, very friendly! They aim to keep customers happy here! Would recommend you to visit this location foe renovation needs!

This place is awesome if you happen to be a plumber, electrician and carpenter all in one because it makes not being able to get assistance less of an issue . Not being any of those professions , I can honestly say this place sucks.

Vast store but made easy to locate the 2 items needed with a aidé of à friendly staff member, whom not only told me the aisles needed but escorted me to and discussed options. A far difference to their competitor up the road.Fair pricing, easy assisted checkout and I was on my way.I'll be making the extra distance trip, just for the experience.

Drive quiet a bit of distance because this is the only store still carrying the product I need. However it seems that their online and in store are different price. The front end did manage to adjust the price for me however when I tried to use a coupon they refused. Reason being “adjusting the price and using coupon” only one thing could be done. Not point fingers at the employees, nor about the two bucks a coupon can save. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see how the customer have to pay for Lowe’s system’s error.Quote “we will only be able to accept the coupon IF the system corrects its price”

Pathetic experience while dealing with garden center cashier (Rashminder / she) and her Manager (Andrea / she).They both have gone OPPOSITE of their store motto "Customer first – Never stop improving”. For them it should be "Customer last - Never improving"Neither of them is aware of their basic store policies nor are ready to accept or confirm from their managers.Recently I went to buy some products at this location and found out the price discrepancy in listed vs billed price. I gently asked the cashier to honor $10.00 off under the Canadian price accuracy code. Upon which she said we DON’T comply such code at this location. I gently asked her to confirm from her Manager. Believe me, her Manager ( Andrea) was even worse than the cashier in dealing with such a situation. She bluntly said NO and started screaming to prove her point.At this point it’s not about that $10.00 thing, it’s about RIGHT and WRONG. I went up to the store Manager (Brad) who gladly accepted that such Canadian pricing accuracy code exists and is equally applicable in their store as well.I believe as a customer I am really annoyed and will not go back to this store again. Such employees not only need proper training but also should be held accountable for such issues and customer loss.

I bought a bbq and when I brought it home the pizza stone was broken. I asked if there was anything we can do but the manager refused to help and was hiding away from us. His name is Adrian, he didn't want to help or listen to what we had to say. The customer service at this location is terrible. I will recommend to not purchase from this store.

Wasted an hour of my precious time. Went to get a garage door opener. They showed a stock of 5 online and this was confirmed at the store too. But it couldn't be found by the helpful old gentleman from the hardware section. In spite of the store hours shown as 6.00am, the associate James, for the door section arrived only at 8.00am while I waited around for him. When he arrived, all he said was if it wasn't on the rack then he doesn't have it and that the online stock was probably a mistake and nonchalantly walked off. Not even a 'sorry about that'. Just shows how much this store cares about the customer's time and presence. What kind of customer service is this?On the store review, I was asked if I'd like a manager to contact me. No one has called me.Not recommended.

After calling 3 times over 3 days about my order to nobody picking up, I'm never purchasing anything from Lowe's again. I purchased two patio chairs for pickup and my order was missing all the legs for one chair and various other pieces. I legitimately cannot get a hold of anybody to rectify the situation or at least send me a new chair. I hope they can properly attend to the fact that you can't call in or get any assistance prior to heading in the store where I'm sure I'll find an empty pickup station like I did when I went to collect my order.

Worst experience. Picked up an item after driving 45 min there and box looked as if it was opened. Pick up service said it was manufacturer tape and it was fine. I asked if they could open box to see if it was ok, Woman tried and said it’s too complicated to take it all apart ( garden cart) I asked for another as store was showing 3 in stock and they said no more availability so I took it home and the item has huge scrapes and damage. Called customer service, they were totally unhelpful referred me back to store. Worst customer service ever. Won’t shop at Lowe’s again.

Return desk is the worst!!!! they treating you with disrespect no greeting or regards at all. I u say hi I oiled like to hear at least some respond!!!I asked about returning a stuff just bought and if there is possibility to get refund! Both the boy and the woman direct me to the cashier to get a new invoice and bring to them back to process! They were just bluffing and wasting my time the women just ignored my question and left the desk while the guy his name Vivek later when I got the receipt back he even throw the returning invoice on the desk and treated me with disrespect!
