Worse customer service by the lady with hizab . I was there to get refund of one item and after a month of not receiving my refund in bank i went back to the store to get help. And that lady with hizab needs to learn customer service , she completely refused to help me . I wont go to that store ever again.

I had shopped on Christmas Eve this year but almost completely forgot to give a review.
This store seemed to be very busy but thanks to Savan I was able to get what I wanted.
Ended up buying a pair of winter boots, jeans and socks.
Will come here again.

It's a nice store, but I just have one of the worst experiences doing a return of a gift, i got winter working boots who where really uncomfortable, and I needed to change them for another model, the manager didn't made any question, he just returned the money to the card, whe I ask him why he did that, because the person who made me the gift isn't there and I need the boots for working tonight, He asked me, do you know the owner of the card? Implied that the card was stolen, all this in front of other clients. Now I don't have boots for working tonight. Thank you so much "Jordan"

Disregard all the other negative reviews, from miserable people complaining about their receipts lol.
I normally don’t write reviews for retail stores, however the customer service was very exceptional. I would like to personally thank Kelly and Savan for genuinely caring, and going out of their way to help me out. It’s interactions like this that make me hopeful, and I think the management team should know the high quality calibre of employees they have. Keep up the great work!

Everyone at the store was helpful and kind except for this lady named Shubhdeep who doesnt know how to talk politely and shouts when I ask her to repeat what she was saying with her thick accent. Instead of being clear and accommodating, shows attitude and lack of interest to help the customer. Zero customer service from her but thankfully the rest of the staff were nice and helped out. It was just a bad experience running into her.

Worst Marks I have ever visited store is a complete mess there is nothing in its place, all the shoes are mixed labeled and only have one shoe in the box, No one there is willing to help, just a horrible location with terrible employees. This location needs to train their employees on customer service, merchandising and stocking. Seriously deserves a 0 star

Hi i just bought safety shoes a week ago and its already damaged and i can see a full line from where our foot bends and i went back to the store and they say its visible on some shoes and they can’t do anything I don’t know what kind of warranty they provide for 90 days. Worst experience in mark’s

Worst experience at the store. I purchased safety shoes from the store and they are broken within one month. I go to the store to replace but they denied it and said its a wear and tear defect. At the time of purchase they cant told me about this. After some days again i visit store as a customer and go to safety shoes section, i pick same shoes and ask from employee about guarantee/ warranty. They said fully guarantee/ warranty. And i ask if shoes are broken from particular place they said we can replace it. I show my shoes and said this is the bill u can replace. They said our manager can change.
Store manager denied to change. Store manager have there’s own policies and employees have their own.
My advice to all the customers plz go to the walmart or any store. Dont spend 100$ at marks bcz they have low quality safety shoes. We get within half price from Walmart or any store. Don’t waste ur money.
Once u purchased item from marks they can’t listen to u.

Don’t go to this store i bought safety shoes today Around 12 pm and want to return it same day around 5:30pm they said they can’t take it back. i’m attaching the receipt as a proof of time and date and attaching the shoes picture as well to show the Condition of boots.
As i requested to manager it’s totally uncomfortable as i have swelling on my feet after 4 hours of wearing them. But still they don’t wanna listen to their customer.
