I e never had a bad experience here after years of coming until today. Went in for a return some holiday stuff o didn’t end up using. One blanket in particular I wasn’t too sure about leaving behind. After I returned it I asked to re purchase it and they said they would have to wait for it to processed and then put back onto the floor. So I waited and shopped around and didn’t end up seeing it back on the floor even though someone had put back other items I returned. I went back to the cash and asked about the blanket and they said someone in line ended up buying it. Made absolutely no sense when they asked me to wait for the process to occur but they sold it to another customer instead. Absolutely bizarre and unfair.

Bad customer service
I went to try room at this location, and there was a lady at the front who was very rude. Dress didn't fit me I had to give it back and i told her that it wasn't my size and she didn't say anything in response didn't even look at me however she grabbed dress back from me like I did something wrong. I said thank you at the end, and she didn't even respond to that. I was like, if your mood is not happy, then why are you working in customer service.

This location Marks up their items returned a pair of shoes for 24.99 went back and they were 99.99. When asked the manager why they marked them to 99.99 they stated to contact head office.

26/6. Closing lady at trial room is so rude and racist. Vidyavati was her name I think. She said " another idiot" behind my back and when confronted, she started blaming and shouting loudly and claiming she never said anything even though it was heard by my wife as well. Customer service in shambles. Complained to the manager as well!

I'm so sorry to say that but there was a girl *NAVLEEN* she was so rude and unprofessional. she was yelling at us just because me and my friend tried 3-4 clothes at one time an dwe didn't hanged our clothes by their sizes on hangers . and she was looking at us very badly . there was a white lady and she was talking to her very politely. IDK why she did with us just beca we are brown. I think this store needs hire new staff.
