“I recently purchased a fully customized couch from this store on January 4th, mainly because I have ongoing back pain and was looking for something supportive and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, accommodated my customization requests, and made the ordering experience smooth and pleasant.
The only issue I experienced was with the delivery timeline. I was told the couch would be delivered within 2–3 weeks, but it was actually delivered on February 11th. While I understand that delays can happen, I would have appreciated better communication regarding the delay. A simple update letting me know the delivery would be pushed back would have made the experience even better.
That said, the quality of the couch is excellent. It feels premium, and they truly customized it to support my back properly. I am very happy with the final product and would still recommend this store for their craftsmanship and customer service. Improving communication about delivery timelines would make them even better.
