Purchased their Cassis Kefir. There was a bitter aftertaste like you get from aspartame. After reading the ingredients, I poured it down the drain. Kefir of all things should have as little ingredients as possible. You drink it to help your GI tract, not harm it with all that rubbish they put into it. Never buying their products again!

Phone of the company does not work. Number is not available. What do you mean «milk ingredient”? the substance inside doesn't look like cottage cheese, it's some kind of nasty stuff.
I don't advise anyone to ever spend money on this manufacturer. Canadian Quality…

I worked with the company and supplied products. The guys keep their word, this is probably the most important thing in business.

Although we loved the El West Kefir , we find it very difficult to pour the contents because the spout are always stock to the box. Moist of the time we used a small knife to exposed the spout

Sells kefir that's soured and pebbly despite being 29 days before the expiry date.Keep a receipt every time you buy their Elwest products, because they'll ignore you unless you can prove you didn't steal it. Better yet, don't buy anything at all. Also, the other guy is right: their 20% sour cream is full of additives and doesn't taste as good as well-made 14% sour creams from Liberte and Olympic.

Their 20% sour cream is not a product for human consumption. Full of additives and doesn’t even taste like sour cream. After opening a container I had to discard it. Is there anyone in the company trying their own product before selling it to the public?
